Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value.

Bending machines were out of order but it is not a big deal.

The hotel is located close to the city center with plenty of restaurants around. There is parking available at the hotel though we need to reserve a place. Very comfortable beds at a great price.

The floor mats were smelling bad especially in the lobby. The room had a smell as well but after ventilation, it went away. The rooms are not very big.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The hotel has a parking lot. The center can be reached on foot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked two hours before arrival and the reception was closed. They helped us arrange parking, and getting in the hotel.

The floors are covered with a carpet, which is difficult to clean. Therefore it smelled a bit funny in the corridors and the room. Even though everything else was clean. I would definitely recommend to replace the carpet floor for something else.

Clean fast friendly

Near Hildesheim Hbf, the room was big, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was diverse enough. Everything was satisfactory, and if the price is taken into consideration, it's undoubtedly a wonderful choice.

It has been a pleasant stay and the communications with the owner were excellent. She reacts quickly to any questions you may have or any clarifications you may need. The apartment is new and clean with the necessary conforts. Recommended

There is no microwave but it can be useful

It was very good value for money. Great breakfast, super clean and modern rooms. Overall, better than expected.

The stringency regarding the check in time and trying to get more money by checking in a few minutes early.

I can’t find a fault

Great location close to the Hbf and walking distance to the city center. Quiet and comfortable room. The area feels safe, there are free parking and lunch/dinner options around.

It was really great and so comfortable, the neighborhood was calm and got good sleep. I was just shocked that there was no water , coffee, or even the water pot heater in the room, and no telephone to call the reception. Otherwise, it was all super, and the stuff were so friendly

Cold on the top floor.

It was easy to find and to get around Hildesheim

We asked for some hot water and the receptionist said that they could not do this. Strangely enough when we stayed in the same hotel on 23.12.2023, this was not a problem at all and they provided hot and cold water.

On the second day of our stay we asked for room service (change to towels) from the reception girl but when we came back in the evening they weren't changed. The pillows were not very comfortable.

The modern and very practical design of the room. The good breakfast even if it is a little pricey (10,50) per person). The late check-out time (12 o’clock and 2 p.m. on Sundays). The ecological policy of no plastics (only paper cups in the room) and biological food and drink for breakfast.

The carpeted floor which one can never keep really clean. The room rate seems cheap at the beginning, but then it adds up: room rate+breakfast+parking…So you end up with a medium price rate.
