Good location, nice designs and good concept

Service needs improvement, in restaurants and at the pool and beach. Was very slow service at the beach and no attendants mainly, most of the stuff in restaurants were slow. Also hotel needs some attention to details, as blankets, hand sanitizers at restaurants or wet napkins.

Service , cleanness are excellent, breakfast service is top notch.

Small minor things in the room like leaking faucet in the bathroom, stains in the bathroom wall and cracked bathroom sink but in the big picture I will give 5 stars for everything else.

Wonderful hotel, exceptional architecture and interior design, really luxurious! And the beach was spectacular! Pool is also very nice and heated.

The food quality was not up to par, in room dining was awful, but the head chef was very polite and apologized for that only mishap.

Service very bad,we ordered breakfast at the room service and every time items were missing so staff not qualified, diner and lunch very slow I could clearly see that either some waiters are new or not enough petiole to serve us, service wise not even one star

Stunning location, gorgeous views, wonderful facility. Pool side, beach side, we enjoyed excellent service. Loved the relaxation tubs and sauna. Great food at all restaurants.

Great location right on the beach! The view from the rooms is outstanding!! Very nicely designed outdoor spaces, with lots of places around the property to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Huge pool. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Yunis and Ayoub in the restaurant and Mohamed Said at the valet.

The food did not live up to our expectations (except breakfast, it was fine). The quantities were extremely small and the flavor just wasn't there. The beach could have been cleaner, there were lots of pieces of plastic. The prices at the spa were too high for the surroundings. It was a very basic, lackluster design, not what one would expect at a 5 star hotel in Morocco, but the prices were very elevated.

-There was no availability for Valley parking i had to wait longer.-No welcome drinks upon arrival-Difficulties to connect to the hotel network by my name and room number.-Breakfast needs a lot of improvement in varieties and improve quality, not the quantity for such St Regis brand.

Recently, I spent three wonderful nights at the St. Regis with my daughter, Amel. It truly felt like paradise. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. One young man in particular, Younes, was especially kind and attentive. Whatever I needed, he was always there, and I’m incredibly grateful to him for that.The rest of the staff were also fantastic—kind, professional, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with a breakfast that was not only copious but abundant, thanks again to Younes. Whether we were heading to the pool or relaxing by the sea, fresh towels and cold water with ice were always ready for us. I deeply appreciate the care and attention of the entire team.The St. Regis is stunning in its design, and every morning, we would take a tour to admire the beautiful décor. Every detail had its own unique touch, creating an atmosphere that made us feel truly at home. I want to thank everyone for making our stay so magnificent. The St. Regis is truly a place of peace and serenity.Many people may not have known about this gem, but I assure you, we’ve spread the word, and now they’re eager to visit. Inshallah, they’ll come soon. We wish you all continued success in your careers.

Housekeeping always comes late in the afternoon

Breathtaking!! Everything at this resort is exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. I was there for my birthday and it was fantastic.!!! The people who work there are wonderful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.The food is delicious. The beach is beautiful. We had a beautiful suite , which was amazing with panoramic views. And if you're interested in going to the spa, you will be wonderfully surprised. Amazing! There is also a gym with a trainer if you need it. The weather was perfect. Sunshine every day. A few people who helped make our stay wonderful...Imad, Abdul, Faygal, Hicham, Chafik, Reola, Nihad, Jawad, Salim, Ayoub, Said, Belkis, Aymau, Bahia, Sabri, Soufiam, Houdaifa, Salma, Muhammad. Thank you all so much. We will definitely return and look forward to meeting you all again......

We liked everything at this hotel. It was perfect. Everything is on point. Amazing...

Houdaifa and Sahar the butlers were top workers never seen such amazing top service. Also Mrs. Maryam the manager at reception and Sabri did amazing work for us with giving what we asked for and with the payment. They asssisted as much as possible and did the impossible for us. Thank you so much top notch stay.

No ATM in a 5 star hotel?

Amazing fun stay. Made much more special by one of the housekeepers called Loubna for rooms 111 and 112. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and she was one of the highlights of the hotel.

The hotel is amazing and whats more amazing are their staff! the staff is very extremely helpful and sweet! Special special thanks to Imad it was our honeymoon and my teeth flared up and i was in extreme pain.. he was amazing!!! he found a doctor 30mins away and booked me in arranged a taxi and everything. He took care of us and our bookings to nearby towns, dinners, gave us an amazing view with a honeymoon setup!!through out stay and made our stay exceptional. Thankyou Imad you were a great part of the success of our trip!
