Marina Smir Hotel & Spa

A hotel with good location and good service. I thank all the team members for their good treatment and professionalism, especially Mr. Abdelali from the reception for his kindness, courtesy and professionalism in serving the guests.

The location is very nice

Bathrooms are outdated and in old and bad condition.Old TVs in the rooms and few channels.Breakfast was average.The quality of towels at the beach and also in the room is very average.It is a good hotel but doesn’t deserve at all the rates that we paid. Almost a 4 stars hotel. Doesn’t feel like a 5 stars.

I didn’t like anything,Very dirty Hotel, everything very old and broken There is no water at room even no coffee machine or normal coffee and tea

Everything Elevators very dirty Reception and elevator full of food smells like you are inside the kitchen Manager not polite at all and he is very rude Officially they stool my money

The views and the room were lovely very light airy and clean. I had a Hammam it was incredible. The service and the people were so kind andCouldn’t do enough to make us comfortable.

The gym is very dated and bad condition and they could add Jacuzzi or steam room to the spa its basic it would really benefit the hotel. Also couldn’t use the indoor pool it’s not heated. The food is quite expensive considering it’s Morocco you can eat in town for a third of the price.

The receptionist is very rude.The room was dirty and smelled cigarettes. We couldn't breathe well as our noses were blocked.

The staff were kind and helpful. The seaview was beautiful.

The indoor heated pool was "broken" and we were told by management that they wouldn't heat it anyways as it would be too expensive for them to run. The outdoor pools were too cold to the point were majority of the people staying complained and couldn't swim due to how cold it was. We picked this hotel as we had our 8 month old who loves playing in the water, unfortunately that didn't happen.The breakfast omelette and msmen were great otherwise there was limited choice. Music would be blaring during the night up until 4 in the morning.The AC had a foul stench coming from it- something we did tell management about. There was one complimentary bottle of water on arrival and nothing further. No kettle in the room, no iron. Ultimately in terms of what we paid and the quality of the services provided- extremely poor. I would recommend saving your money and spending it at a slightly nicer hotel, extremely let down and I'm glad I only booked 2 nights.

The staff are not hospitable, and the rooms are out dated and Air condition doesn’t work, i changed my room and both were hot and a lot of insects

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The swimming pool was empty and not in use, which was a letdown. Additionally, the hotel was in the midst of renovations, with painting happening everywhere. At one point, we were asked to leave our room so they could paint it. When we returned, the room was filled with a strong paint smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in.

Great view from our room of the sea and moonrise. Lovely big comfortable clean room with high standard of decor and furniture. Great staff who made us welcome, ordered our taxi to the airport. They even set up a table and chairs on the grass so we could sit and have coffee there.Excellent food at breakfast and dinner

There was work going on in the garden.The door to the shower room in our bedroom didn't fit in the door frame so it couldn't close, and there were a few other maintenance issues. The pool was indoors and a bit shabby. It was locked on one of the three days we went. The beach outside the hotel was not very clean.

Excellent customer service Lovely ,friendly ,helpful, and professional staff -Amazing room view,spacious balcony ,rooms are huge and clean But the hotel needs maintenance as soon as possible The gentleman from the reception I forget his name was a sweetheart Tasty food in the restaurant by the pool

There is no maintenance,, everything is dilapidated,, dilapidated bathrooms, dilapidated and broken furniture,, lack of dishes and cups,, the hotel manager is not qualified for this type of work,,

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful hotel as usual. The service at the reception and the restaurant were both perfect. The room had lovely ocean and pool views. We were greeted with a smile By Zakaria at the front desk, he was extremely nice and helpful with us throughout the whole stayThanks a lot again to Yassine at the front office also for his assistance.

Clean , very convenient location , easy access to the beach , and the most important thing it’s a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL

The pool and sea view is amazing..ZAKARIA the receptionist made our stay more pleasant from day one. He deserves all the best and a bright future in the tourism business

The bar staff need to be qualified and learn how to professionally (and particularly politely) behave with guest..the “plus size” lady was very rude in answering my wife’s questions and told us that terrasse tables were “reserved” (even though we were hotel guests)..we noticed later on that the table was given to non-guest visitors..very disappointing.

Clean, well kept gardens, great view, plenty of space, huge bed and very attentive staff. Food great and cocktails were nice.

Outdoor dining Chairs and tables changed day before we left. Uncomfortable. Not great quality. All tables were wobbly despite being on a very firm and flat, tiled ground.
