The restaurant was closed. So I could not get dinner in the evening.

I had a disappointing experience with this accommodation. Leading up to my stay, the host completely failed to respond to my emails for several days, leaving me without any clarification or assistance. Upon arrival, I discovered that the PIN code provided via email for accessing my room (since there was no reception after 6 PM) was incorrect. I had to call the host, only to find out that they had changed the code but failed to notify me about it.The room itself was far from what was advertised in the pictures. It was noticeably slanted, as was the bed, making it very uncomfortable. The minibar and refrigerator, which were mentioned in the listing, were missing entirely. Despite the hotel not appearing fully booked, I was given a room of noticeably inferior quality compared to what was shown in the description.Overall, the lack of communication, misleading advertisement, and poor room quality made for a highly unsatisfactory experience.

The place is really nice - I didn’t mert staff as it was Easter weekend. Instructions for checking in was clear

A person was loud on the phone somewhere, so from 3-6 at night I couldn’t sleep. At 6 when I was getting up he was finally quiet…

The hotel looks good from outside.

The location for the reception is not clear, the check in process is not what I expected, person that I asked where to do my check in send me to a desk where no one was there and then send me back to the restaurant reception. Also the person at the reception didn't know where my room was located so I was looking for 10 minutes where to go. A guest help me to find my room.

The dinners at the restaurant were all truely great

Breakfast could be richer. Especially Coffee was too weak (setting of Coffee machine should be changed=more coffee)

We liked the view into a green park. The rooms and the balcony were really nice, comfy and clean.

The Breakfast was pretty average. When we got there at 9.30 the buffet was quite empty and didnt get refilled.

Beautiful surroundings, the balcony in our room, great breakfast, easy parking.

Restaurant and bar staff were great.

It's too far to walk from reception to the room if you have one at the end. Ridiculous. And it turns out there's a shortcut that reception did not tell is about.Then when you finally get back for your second lot of luggage your key doesn't work because it gets deactivated on your day of departure. So you have to hike to reception again for a new key and start again. Seriously, it's ridiculous.

thin doors, you could hear people walking and talking behind the doors.glasses in the bathroom were not completely cleaned up.

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast and restaurant were great

we had to wait not only when checking in but also when going to the restaurant and again for breakfast for staff to appear. each time it was long waits for staff to appear despite calling hello or even phoning. staff that then appeared weren’t overly friendly

very comfy, quiet, in lovely location, free parking and very helpful staff

staff didn't prepare the room for two people and while we arrived very late and extremely tired it took ages to sort the room.

Very good location. We stoped only for night but hotel is in town center and we enjoyed walk in that area. Breakfast was good. Staff didn't speak english well but was very nice and helpfull so we menage to communicate in mix english-german.

This hotel is a maze. It took us some time to find our room. Some signs with directions would be nice. Not all rooms can be accessed with lift. That was inconvenience for us as we traveled with small baby.
