Great location in a quiet town with nice facilities and a very nice breakfast. Staff was very nice and friendly.

For some reason our room smelled horrible, like a backed up sewer. We thought the smell would fade, but by the next day it was even worse. The front desk was nice enough to give us a different room. They definitely had some kind of issue with the bathroom drains.

The staff were polite and check in was easy. The room was smaller than expected, but it was extremely clean with a really comfy hard bed. The carpark had plenty of spaces available and easy to access.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a safe in the room. The hotel has a small spa, swimming pool, a big gym and a beauty salon.

If I have to say something: the shower in the room is a bit small. During my stay the hydro sauna wasn’t working.

Good value for money. The room is clean, spacious and has all the basic amenities. Excellent location in the town center and right next to a big park. I really liked the shower (nothing special but it just works well).

Poor sound isolation, I could hear my neighbors coughing. I missed a small fridge to keep some food items that I bought at the supermarket. I liked that I could check out later than normal, but they charged 25 euros extra. I think it would have been better customer service if they would have offered it free of charge (would make me more likely to come back the next time).

Rooms were dated but very clean and comfortable. Great supermarket just a few miles away that had sooooo much Vegan choice! We spent a fortune on things we hadn't seen at home (UK). The bakery just outside the supermarket entrance had the best fresh rolls. Just a couple of miles from the supermarket we saw a small campervan/motorhome stop with EHU. Area around the hotel is beautiful.

Everything was great here! Really loved the place.Especially good breakfast, and an awesome quiet location!

The only little thing was the toilet/bathroom doors were not closing fully (glass rolling doors) and don't have a lock by its design (4cm holes between the wall and the door), so it was a little bit privacy-wise strange.

The food and the drink was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent in the morning lovely friendly atmosphere.

Well situated in the middle of an immense park where you can promenade for hours. Food is good in the hotel as well as in the near neighborhood. From the hotel, we visited Koln, Bonn and the Schloss Drachenburg which are at very reasonable driving distances.

We have used the hotel as a stop on the way to France. It is few km from highway, but is worth go there. There are lot of free parking places just at the hotel. The personal was very friendly, room spacious, everything clean, breakfast was very good. We want definitely come back.

I think this was our 2nd or 3rd stay at this hotel as it is close to F&F, and has a 24 hour reception which is useful for last minute trips, and we arrived very late/early hours of the morning after a long drive from the Netherlands. The rooms are spacious and clean, and if you get a room with a bath these are a good size. This time we opted for without breakfast, but have had the buffet previously and it was excellent. We had called beforehand and the staff arranged a kettle for us, which was waiting in reception on arrival, they also arranged late checkout due to our late arrival. Once again we sadly didn't get to use the facilities.

We'd picked a room that contained a sofa, but it had been made up into a sofa bed.

Excellent value for money! Extra good venue, nice sauna, breakfast was great! Very clean area around the hotel! We really enjoyed our long weekend

The soap bottle in the shower as it was the only thing available in the room. Oh, and there was a glass for water.

I came looking for calm, rest, and some outdoor hiking. Found all of those and great food.

The WiFi was pretty slow especially in popular hours - I was not doing anything crazy just watching a movie on Netflix.

Very cozy place with nice installations and beautiful views. Everything you need in one place. The food is amazing in all of the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, bathroom was lovely with plenty of space to put toiletries. Good hot shower, nice fresh towels. Parking was convenient. The restaurant had good wines & a good menu. Great location to my work place.

A complete and large quantity of breakfast ??The staffs are friendly.

There was no refrigerator in our room.
