Pros +
- Free parking. Room was bigger than expected. Helpful staff at the breakfast room.
- location
- car park lift
Cons -
- Old building, so no lift. Wi-Fi wasn't protected.
- unsecure Wifi, minimum comfort (no paper tissues, no kettle,...)
- no one at front desk, key left on reception front desk with a piece of paper saying green, bar shut, restaurant shut, later on that night I saw a member of staff that was most unhelpful and said it wasn’t his problem and walked off. I was very disappointed as this could be a nice hotel if staff and welcoming improved.
