Pros +
- The view is incredible. The pool was great and the bar by the pool was awesome. Parking was easy. We loved it here.
- The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the Amalfi coast. It was wonderful
- Crisp, clean white and blue scheme. Loved the balcony!
Cons -
- The bed and pillows were very hard
- It’s far from a 4 star hotel. When you walk in you’re greeted by a stench of smoke that reminds you of a casino from the 70s. The pool was disgusting, I did not allow the kids to use it. The room was in desperate need of repairs, with a showerhead that should have been replaced a long time ago, cheap and half broken shower stall doors, and overall ikea style decor. Both nights we were there they held 18 birthday parties, with DJ, loud music and loud banging noise into the middle of the night. I spoke with a guy who was allegedly the owner and he didn’t seem to care at all. Also, it’s not particularly convenient to anything. The marina/beach is quite a walk away, as is the main part of town. Oh and the grumpy lady at the front desk chased us down when we were going to leave the room so that we would leave the key, threatening a 200 euro fine if we lost it! 200 euros??? That’s one expensive key! I’m Italian and I know that southern Italy is a bit of a disaster but this is just embarrassing. Stay away!
- The room, although equipped with balcony and consequently a wonderful view over the sea and coast, was not large and somewhat lacking in comfort. We feel that the 4 star rating is not warranted.

Having on site parking was convenient

The position and sea view are exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly both as regards the hotel and the restaurant.

Very clean lovely breakfast and Diego was super at serving lovely drinks
Location is so central to ferry and the town, lovely little boutique’s and fabulous restaurants, definitely the jewel of The Amalfi Coast
The view.
Our bathroom shower and toilet were not functioning correctly, and the room smelled bad. The nightstand light did not work. I have to say, though, that the night staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were the best part of the hotel. They gave us another room. It was a good solution, but it was inconvinient as we had to get dressed (we were already in pajamas), then pack and haul our bags to the new room.Breakfast was not good, and the server was not friendly at all. The food trays were almost empty. Actually, some were completely empty. For breakfast, the server gave us gluten-free crackers. I asked if they had bread, and then he brought us two pieces of bread (better than nothing, I guess). We do not recommend this hotel.
Great location in an amazing Vietri sul Mare. Phenomenal views of the coast from our terrace. Hotel restaurant offers good food.
Pool a bit on the small side. Breakfast could be more interesting...
Location was amazing. You could walk to the beach in 5 mins & also to the ferry port in 10 mins where you can travel to all the islands on the Amalfi coast. It’s also quieter. Easy access to Vietri town & you can take a bus to Salerno from there. Staff at the hotel were all lovely & very helpful. Pool is very intimate & quiet. Rooms cleaned every day.
Only downside was the breakfast which wasn’t amazing. Not enough fresh fruit but lots of cakes.
Location is nice and convenient.
Room 440 condition related to its position under the roof terrace and service elevator which makes night rest and sleep impossible, having in mind that hotel is organising the night parties for customers not being a hotel guests.Special complaint is addressed to the hotel manager who’s response on this matter was we can’t do anything you have to complain to Booking!!???So dear Booking would you be so kind and inform me about our right to request the compensation
Not much really.
The staff were rude (except for the girls on reception). The male staff just ignored us continually and we had to keep asking for drinks/menus etc. Unless you spoke Italian they weren't interested and then when they finally served you it was with a frown. As for the 3 guys that sat together for coffee each day and smoked and glared at us we found the whole stay very uncomfortable.
Great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast, enjoyed the rooftop pool with a view
Our room was a bit small and dark
The property was a 5/10 minute walk to central Vietri Sur Mare & Ferries etc. Breakfast was nice and staff were all friendly. Parking outside and great base to see the Amalfi coast. Lovely view from restaurant on 4th floor and pool area.
The website does imply rooms will be the superior rooms so after clarifying on the phone and requesting a window with light etc they ensured the room provided overlooked the sea which we were pleased about, although most standard rooms are outdated and have windows which just face the walls outside which may be claustrophobic to some guests. Majority of staff couldn’t speak English which made communication difficult at times without translation.
The room was fantastic. The views from the terrace were fabulous, seeing all the boats come and go. Food was great at the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has colourful tiles made by the famous local ceramic artisans the town is famous for. Great to stay here and visit busier tourist towns and come back to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of Vietri and the hotel.
The only slight issue we would comment on is the half set of steps you have to lift your suitcases up on arrival and down on departure and the intermittent choices available at breakfast - not as good as other hotels we have stayed at in Italy.
Excellent location. Excellent food at the restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Only three minute walk to the beach
Has a beautiful terrace on the top with a swimming pool, great views and great drinks.
The hotel rooms could really be updated. A/C didn't work great so it was hot most nights.
Peacefull place with sea view, nice sun terrace.
Pool does not work yet, gate to center(from terrace) was closed.
The views were amazing and in a perfect location for walking around. The staff were great, lots of knowledge and suggestions on places to eat and see.
The views are spectacular!! Perfect location, my husband and I love the balcony.
