Cleanliness. The room, its balcony and the view and sound of the sea, the staff all are wonderful 10/10

Not accessible by public transportation, should have a shuttle service to Vietri. Big negative: One evening, a political party had an event in the hotel. We were not allowed to use the hotel's restaurant. Given the location of the hotel, UNACCEPTABLE.

The "swimming pool" is more of a spa and it was empty

The walls were very thin and you could hear easily from adjacent rooms. The bedrooms were in need of updating though clean

The view from the room was very nice looking out over the sea and a view of Vietri Sul Mare. The breakfast was good in a nice dining area with a view. The parking was easy on site at least for this time of year- mid October. Not sure how it is in hi season as the hotel had quite a low occupancy while we were there.The hotel common area is modern.We took the ferry to Positano from Vietri sul Mare-but.. What a zoo! Busy, busy, busy and expensive, even in mid October.Cannot recommend Positano at all.

When we first checked in we were given a room on the first floor. The shrubbery was so overgrown we had no view from the balcony! After some discussion they seemed reluctant to give us a room on a higher floor with no bushes, which they did. The bushes should be removed! Do not take a room on the first floor with the bushes. The walk to Vietri Sul Mare is very difficult and not recommended. This is no fault of the hotel but the location is on the Amalfi road. The room itself is so so. The pillows should be replaced. They felt like stuffed socks.

Parking was difficult at times.

It was classy, clean with AMAZING views! We are capable of walking to the main town but that could be an issue if you were not. The back gate closes at 11pm.

Poor shower.

Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room had a spectacular view. Dinner was flexibly available which was helpful as our group were arriving from the airport at different times.

The QR code menu was unhelpful for our advanced age group. It would be helpful to have paper copies available - there was only one.

The hotel was very nice, absolutely amazing view of the gulf from the reception floor.The room with balcony was also quite nice.Very useful parking for the guests on the main road above the reception floor.Good breakfast served on a balcony with amazing view.Also from the internal stairs you can enjoy a stunning view.

The hotel is near the sea, with view is amazing, spectacular. The staff is very friendly.

The towles is very old and yellow not white.
