Staff was ok not overly friendly or willing to help much but not terrible either. Room a bit uncomfortable no outlet to plug phones next to bed also no mirror not enough lights and ac not really cold.

We booked this property last minute and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the property was beautiful. It was one of the best views I have ever seen. I can’t wait to go back.

The staff at this property are outstanding Nothing is too much trouble and they presented us with bubbles for our wedding anniversary. A lovely touch.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition. And perhaps complimentary water each day, as the hotel is expensive and this is usually standard.

The bathroom, although roomy and well-appointed, lacks basic facilities to accommodate guests' stuff: wall hangers for towels and surfaces (such as shelves) for guests' toiletries

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us information for the locations we wanted to visit. The location was good and the view was beautiful! The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was clean. It's a really good choice for your vacation.

The view is amazing, the breakfast is really tasteful with quality products and the beds are very comfortable.

I had an air conditioning problem in my room. I shared the information in the reception and I went out for dinner. When I returned the problem still remained. I had a room upgrade where the air conditioner was working after I went to the reception to share that the problem was not fixed.

The property was clean, modern, and functional.

Hotel was perfect for relaxing holiday. Angela at reception was always there to help with friendly smile as well as all staff. The swimming pool area was clean and the atmospere relaxing. Room good size and clean.

Hotel is 1 km from the village by narrow road. There is a shuttle to the village and If the relaxing time in a pieceful, beautiful surroundings is anticipated this is no issue.

The location of the hotel is great - they provide a free shuttle service into town at allocated times but if you want to go into town outside of these hours, it’s only a 10 minute walk. The rooftop pool is a lovely area and the rooms and balconies are amazing - well worth the upgrade to the sea view room! Such helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The food and drink in the restaurant for lunch/dinner was quite expensive - much more than in town. If the prices were more reasonable, we’d have eaten there one night because the terrace at the front of the property is a great area.

Great stay within this hotel. The staff were absolutely helpful and friendly from the waiters and waitress to reception staff. Rossario (i believe), Angela & the other managers & all other staff went above & beyond to help us in discussing visits and how to get there, to arranging a last minhire car. I hope they all get recognition. Our room was perefctly fine with a large balcony area with recliners, tables and chairs. There was a private pool outside …. Very spacious & beautiful design. Bit cold at the end of may but it will warm up. The location was good and nice views from the terrace. Its not within walking distance of  Vietri though. Shuttle bus was very good giving you the ability to time your trips. However it needed to be booked and only operated during set times. Outside of them it had to be a taxi, which were hard to come by. We included breakfast due to the location being outside of Vietri and had no real complaints. Scrambled egg was slightly runny once but was rectified by staff. Plenty of options available. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean. Pillows comfortable and all amenities worked well.  Various streaming apps and WiFi available. There is a spa / well being option available at their sister hotel thatcan be booked at reception. It looked like a good option but I never got to try it. An easy stay with very helpful staff that made it enjoyable.

Ease of access to Vietri. Although the shuttle service was convenient, it wasn't an on demand facility.Therefore, you had to attempt to get a taxi back and down if beyond the specified timings

The staff are friendly. they cleaned the room every day, new towels, and the bed was comfortable. Private parking place. Good breakfast with many choices. They surprised us during breakfast with birthday cake for my friend.Nice swimming pool with many relaxing chairs.30 minutes walk to the centre Vietri. 6 minutes by car. The view sea view is amazing from the hotel.

During we stayed, at the swimming pool it's not open yet, but they give u options to swim in another hotel. It was supposed to be in June the swimmin pool open. Luckily, on the last day we stayed, they filled it up the water for the swimming pool. The TV needs to be upgraded to smart TV, so we can watch netflix.

Was clean, room was nice

Food was horrible, breakfast was limited and they charged €10 for a omelette which was 2 eggs, tiny piece of tomato & onion. Parking was a pain, menu was limited, the beef steak smelt and tasted off. Pasta was with raw prawns we sent it back and got an even worse butter tasting pasta dish.

Rude reception staff, terrible room allocation when other rooms of same caliber were available next door to our companion travellers but they lied and said “ we are full”

Lots, needs a refresh and upgrade. Wall paper peeling, pool area need upgrade, room terrace in desperate need of cleaning.

The customer service was wonderful. Great recommendations of local spots. The breakfast was diverse. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfy. The bathtub size is a great length.

The ocean view from the room is a bit misleading.

Overall good hotel but overpriced with poor value for money. They charge for drinking water and bother to mention the free-of-charge internet like we are in the nineties. The hotel staff is not pleasant, and for any inconvenience, they say they will update the manager. On our arrival, there was a strong smell of sewage in the room, they moved us to a smaller room yet did not bother to apologize nor reduce the charge, they claimed room is in the same category although it was half by size. Medium quality hotel, nice view but that is all. For over 500 euros a night you can get better and they should improve or lower their price starting with free of charge bottled water in the room .
