AC Hotel Milan Sesto

The staff was very helpful and freindly Spoke in english I dont speak Italia Loved recommendation for resturants. Woul stay here again.

The room was big, nice and tidy. We had 2 separate beds, very comfy. A lot of hygiene amenities, hair dryer, towels, complimentary drinks. Breakfast costs 20€ but it’s all inclusive buffet. Big variety of nice fresh food. And it’s easy to have breakfast in hotel than to spend time try to find some place in this district. I don’t think it would be cheaper. Staff were friendly. I was late for 3 hours to check in. So I come after midnight but it wasn’t a problem.

1) It would be better to add some slippers. At least disposable ones. I forgot to take mine, so I was little bit disappointed that you don’t offer. 2) There is no heating battery in the room. So if you need to wash some stuff or something leaked and you need to dry some cloth it would be hard for you. And heated towel rail in bathroom didn’t work, so our towels were drying on the chair. 3) THE MOST DISAPPOINTED THING is that I still wait my money back. Because 2 days before I checked in, the charged me for 105€ to guarantee my booking. When I arrive at hotel I paid full price for 2 nights and receptionist said I will have my 105€ back maximum in 3 days. Today is already 9 of December. Nothing…. Where is my money???

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice to provide an adapter for my use. The breakfast also had good options.

The staff was very polite. They arranged to store luggage for us because we couldn't take large bags on the tour van.

The breakfast fee is outlandish. It was a buffet and the cost per person way over. There was no other option.

Location. Business hotel. AC fan adjustable in the room. Comfy beds. Linens are good quality. Easy parking. Near the highway to reach everywhere, north of Milan. Near the metro

Door not locking, remaining open. Room furniture basic. No room shoes. No bathrobes.

Modern hotel, close to metro station.The breakfast was very good.

Close to Metro 1 and Bus 81 that will get you to Milan City center in about 25 Minutes. Quiet location, views of the snowy Alps. Friendly staff, large breakfast buffet, bar and restaurant on site.

The pillows were not comfortable. The hotel charged me for one hour late check out. However, in previous years, the hotel gave me free late checkout. The breakfast options were little.

Very loud noises in the hallway at night likely caused by staff carrying and smashing carts to the near by staff room and elevator

DO NOT STAY IN THIS...

The heating system was not working.We changed our room at the beginning of second day and again we were very cold.They gave us little electricity heater.It was very funny.The elevator was not working also.It was all disappointment.Do not stay there.

Third time here Location was perfect for my needs as I traveled for work .Breakfast was amazing it had everything , we asked for an omelette they fixed for us but with extra charge .Comfy beds , and choices of pillows . The bathroom is big with great hot water .The only thing that was missing was slippers in room .The parking is under the hotel with reasonable charge if 10€ for a night

Neat & clean hotel. Welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast. Close to a metro station. Comfortable bed & room.

It's a bit far from downtown, however, this is overcome by being extremely close to a metro station

Breakfast was nice! The room was big and had everything you would expect. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Gabriel. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the Sesto Marelli metro station which was fantastic!

This hotel is beautiful! The staff are exceptional - helpful, kind, and efficient. The room was large and spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection, and the service was excellent. The location is perfect, with a nearby metro line taking us directly to Duomo. We travelled with our twin sons, and they loved it! We received a room upgrade and a thoughtful surprise for our wedding anniversary upon arrival. Thank you for the lovely card, bed decoration, and treats. We heartily appreciate it!We look forward to coming back soon.

Hotel usually take pre-authorization (50% of total amount) and when you check in the hotel will ask you to pay again the full amount regardless of the pre-authorization amount and you have to wait few days until they released the refund for youAlsk check the invoice with them line by line. They charged me city tax again while i already paid this via booking. However, their boss figured that out next day afyer i asked them and immediately he refund the doublication fees
