The size of the room was good compared to other hotels that I've stayed. The breakfast was delicous.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Couldn't turn off the light in bathroom since it's on movement sensor. The pillows were uncomfortable and the blanket cover was weird. But the biggest flaw was that it wasn't possible to turn off the heater by myself.

We asked for a cab in the morning at a specific time , double checked in the evening that the cab will be there . But the girl seems like to just forgot about our order, we were lucky to make it in time to the airport but still irresponsible.

This was an extremely disturbing and unsafe hotel experience. I strongly warn anyone — especially women traveling alone — to avoid this place.The room was very dark and nothing like the photos. The main lights did not work at all, only weak bedside lamps. In the wardrobe, I found a duty-free bag left by a previous guest, proving the room had not been properly cleaned or checked.The most serious issue was security: my room door could be opened from the outside without a key card. The room phone did not work, so I had to go to reception myself, leaving my valuables behind. A man was sent to “fix” the door, but he did nothing, did not speak English, behaved strangely, and watched me while I tested the door.Later that evening, the lights stopped working again, and the door was still not secure. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt genuinely unsafe and afraid. I left the hotel the same day. I had booked four nights and stayed zero.The hotel refused any refund and only offered a room change after failing to fix a serious safety issue.Completely unacceptable. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had!

Disapointing. Frustrating.

Our issues began at check-in, with our room not being ready at 8pm.Once we had our rooms the issues sadly continued.We had two rooms, in one room the air con was not functioning at all, and clashed with a very bright light displaying the word “help”.In both rooms, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. One rooms shower could not get to usable temperature it alternated between ice cold and scalding hot. We discussed these issues with the front desk on the morning of our second day, and were assured they would be fixed or we would move rooms.Upon returning to the hotel, one room has been moved to a room which smelled very strongly of cigarettes and had no power at all. Maintenance then came to that room and the power was fixed, and after having the window open for a few hours the smell dissipated, but this was doubly frustrating after having needed to have been moved from the first room.The second of our rooms hadn’t been moved, and the issues with the shower persisted, after around an hour of back and forth with staff we finally got that room moved to a room which had a working shower.Breakfast was also very disappointing with minimal options.The hotel may have been “ grand” in its heyday but those days are far far behind it.

Great value x large room

A little far out from centre of Milan but metro station only 5 mins walk

Good location well located close to the M1 and a value for money option. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and in the price. Also the parking was good protected at the basement.

Pillows were rather hard or old. Hotel would need some caring or small renovations.

The staff was wonderful, especially the gentleman who was there in the morning. He was very kind, friendly, and always available to help whenever needed. The breakfast was good, the cleanliness was perfect, and everything was excellent.

Dear,I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service and overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my visit fell far below the standards expected from a property rated as four stars.From the moment of arrival, the reception and staff were unwelcoming and discourteous. I was not greeted politely, and the manner in which I was spoken to throughout my stay was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere from the outset.Additionally, the facilities and services did not meet the expectations of a four-star establishment. Despite booking a stay that included breakfast, there was little to no proper breakfast available. The food provided was of poor quality, consisting mainly of stale or hardened items, which were inedible. As a result, I did not use the breakfast service at all.The cleanliness of the room was also unsatisfactory, and there was no room service provided during my stay. When I requested an iron, I was told to go downstairs to iron my clothes myself, which is highly inconvenient for guests. Furthermore, the iron provided was of poor quality and ended up damaging my clothing.What concerned me the most was the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of a staff member at reception, who was not only arrogant but made remarks that came across as discriminatory. This is completely unacceptable and should be taken very seriously by management.Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of a four-star standard. I believe a refund or some form of compensation is warranted given the poor service, lack of amenities, and distress caused by the staff’s behavior.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent future guests from experiencing the same. I look forward to your prompt response.

The dinner arranged for the event was awful. The food was fancy to look at but unpleasant to eat. Too many staff in the dinner room made it very uncomfortable

The breakfast was really good.

You cannot control the room temperature. The air conditioner was off because it is winter time.

The location was convenient.

Unfortunately, during my stay, €400 and 3000 Romanian lei were stolen from my wallet inside my luggage, in the locked room.I reported it to the hotel, but they only replied that “nothing was found” and took no responsibility.The door was not forced, which clearly indicates the theft was committed by someone with access to the room.I have already informed Booking.com and will provide all evidence to the authorities.A very disappointing and unsafe experience for a 4-star hotel.

Convenient location. Very close to metro station. Great bed.

The hotel's location is good, a 5-minute walk from the metro station, free parking is a great advantage, and the breakfast is not bad.

The hotel's furnishings are very old and haven't been renovated, so it has a stale smell. The sheets and comforter weren't clean enough. There were blood-like stains on the comforter.

Good breakfast and friendly staff with great parking available.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room and the fridge wasn't cold at all
