It was a nice hotel. Very peaceful place and at night, it is very quiet. There is a self check in option which is also seamless but for the first time it may require additional guidance from the staff. The staff is very cooperative and respond to your request in a timely manner. If you require a taxi, the staff can assist in arranging the taxi which will make your journey from the airport to the hotel very convenient.

Good location in the old part of town. The hotel has great character.

The room was cold when I arrived, but it did slowly warm up & I had a good night's sleep.

Room (serenita’) really cold because the air conditioner was located on top of the sensor so whenever is started immediately he turns off automatically and the room never become worm. The man on the phone was supposed to help me to go in, but it was rude and hasty and i was spending 10 minutes under the rain to trying to open the main door. Anyway…

Excellent breakfast variety. Evening meals also available some days and this was very nice too. Parking available but a bit of a climb. A beautiful facility in every way. The staff members were very helpful.

The room was beautiful.

The photos do not correspond to the room. the location is bad and the access to the parking lot is bad and poorly signaled. noisy bed even for just sleeping.

Good price-benefit balance. The room was clean. We rented a car and there is a car parking in the building on the opposite side of the hotel.

The breakfast could be more varied. The same food everyday but the croissants were delicious.

Church bells wake you up in the morning, a shop owner sweeps the sidewalk, a woman with a child passes by who sings beautifully in Italian, just charming.

Northerners are used to a richer breakfast. ?

Nice and comfortable room, with a very big bed, personnel very friendly and helpful with the late check in.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and food was also good. Bed comfy and bathroom facilities were good. Useful to have a fridge in the room (mini bar). Courtyard was well furnished and nicely laid out.

No in room facilities for hot drinks. Car park was less than 5 mins away in a private open area via a gradual gentle slope. Car park was barrier controlled with up to 10 parking spaces.

The air heating of the room is very noisy, we cold not keep it on, so slept in a cold room.

We stayed here for second time and even in same room. Room is big, spacious, good bed size, location met our expectations. Hotel has own parking. But first time we little struggle there to find how to come to hotel and parking, but for second time we knew the way ,so it was very easy. Breakfast quite simple, but no complains , since all was fresh. Nice inside yard of the hotel, we could not enjoy during winter stay, but in summer definitely would use it.

We just stayed one night in the hotel to get the airplane in the next morning close to Bergamo. Was pretty nice place and the staff really helpful. The only thing they can improve is a small breakfast takeaway for the people that depart early in the morning,

Beautifully restored hotel.

An awful lot of instructions regarding keys and codes. Very confusing when you arrive alone at 9pm in the dark with a car to park.The thermostat said 19 degrees in the room but I was cold. Very strange.A bar menu in the room but not a drink of any type available. A hotel?I was alone at breakfast next morning. The waitress told me I was the last to arrive (an hour before they were finishing) and I really felt like I was keeping her from something more important. In fact she left me to go to a meeting.

The property was well appointed in a small town with access to local amenities, overall a very good experience and will look to book at another time in the year

The radiator in the bathroom had a water hammer noise during the night but other than that the accommodation was well appointed and comfortable

Great location easy to get to Bergamo.

Staff unfriendly. Took luggage out of the car on arrival, and they just left it in the street in the rain until we returned from parking the car. Instead of bringing it in the lobby. We were in a ZTL area. Breakfast staff surly and unfriendly.. felt like we were an imposition.
