good location for leaving the next morning from the Venice airport. Only 30 minutes via autostrata.

very updated room which was very clean modern and comfortable. we were staying in a newer wing of an older hotel so can't comment on the older rooms. Room #28 were we stayed was excellent. Only 30 mins. to the Venice airport on 4 lane roads and no toll.

The room is comfortable, but the toilet even more :). The furniture in the room is a little outdated, but the toilet is renovated. The breakfast is in the neighbor hotel, just few steps away, and is buffet and various. The staff is friendly. Private parking.

Forgotten garbage in the toilet garbage can from previous guests.

The beds were comfortable enough and provided a decent night's sleep.

The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. When we arrived late at night, the manager seemed annoyed rather than welcoming and spoke to us in a disrespectful tone.During checkout, the woman at the front desk tried to charge us more than the correct city tax amount, which felt dishonest.Both the man and woman at reception consistently came across as rude and unapproachable throughout our stay.Breakfast was very disappointing—poor quality and lacking variety.Some of the wall sockets in the room didn’t work, which was inconvenient.

the room was not well acoustically well insulated, so the party at the restaurant was keeping us awake untill finished. the doors are all very noisy when opening and closing (both internal and external)

Hotel Magnolia met my expectations. The room was clean and had all the necessary things (towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products). Very good breakfast (sweet and salty). Everyone could find something for themselves. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel Magnolia is located about 3 minutes on foot from the bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station.

The location is easily accessible and has free parking open non-stop. The staff was very kind. The room was very clean, equipped with a refrigerator, TV and air conditioner. The bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with clean towels, hair dryer, free toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful, with many options, including fruit and dessert. All in all, it was a very good choice!

Room is very small

Old style hotel with confortable and clean rooms, just about 10min walking from Preganziol train station, great breakfast options and very friendly and helpful staff. Worth mentioning that hotel management is shared between Hotel Magnolia and Hotel Crystal (just next door), so whenever need staff assistence, you need to call Hotel Crystal reception from room phone (or front door phone) and they will send staff to assist you, including for check-in. Breakfast and dinner are served in Hotel Crystal too.

Restaurant and garden

Bus stop in front of the hotel is good but bus drivers is my worst experience in Italy but I don’t have good experience at all with people which provides servis for tourist really they need come to England and learn too much

I got email from booking that the crib will be for free,but I was anyway charged from the hotel.

Value for money- you get what you paid for. Comfy bed. Very clean room. As it was 8 degrees outside and raining the room had extra warm blankets. Had a variety of breakfast buffet. The bus stop (line 8E) to Venice is literally in front of the hotel (on the side of the main road). Close by there's a restaurant Pino's which has a very good, homey and affordable selection of dishes. Another restaurant which is next to the hotel (Restaurant Magnolia) is a very good seafood restaurant.

Cozy hotel with older furniture, but everything was perfectly clean. The room has everything you could need. The staff is very kind and flexible, you can also request breakfast. There is a large shopping center nearby. You can park for free in the yard. Great choice!
