We spent the night on our way from Venice to Cortina, the location is very handy halfway to Treviso. Rooms are clean and breakfast was excellent.

Beds are on the hard side and room was too hot. Apparently the central AC only works in the summer so I had to open the windows.

The hotel has some positive aspects – the dinner was very good, parking was convenient, the location is excellent (there is a big store in few minutes away from hotel), and the staff were generally pleasant.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a very serious incident: after housekeeping, we returned to find our room door left wide open. At first, the response from management was disappointing – we were told “what can we do,” and no written confirmation was provided. The receptionist did her best to help, but her manager (who did not speak English) was not supportive and only admitted that “yes, it’s bad, but nothing can be done.”Only the next day did the hotel provide a written apology and offer us a table with champagne and fruit, which we appreciated. Still, the initial lack of responsibility and the fact that such a situation could happen at all made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay. Safety and trust are basic expectations, and sadly the hotel failed to provide them from the start.

Easy to access, big parking. Nice balcony even if not used because of the rain. Welcoming staff and good varied breakfast.

Space in the room “just right” and perfume too strong.

Hotel was very nice, clean and very relaxing.

Breakfast was good, evening meal had to be pre booked. Bus stop is on a very busy main road, impossible to cross .....Bar was disappointing.

Stay over for our early flight home to England from Treviso Airport and the location was ideal in the morning. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive and Restaurant served nice evening meal and breakfast.

TV didn’t have any English Channels and not much around the Hotel.

The room was clean, the maid came every day and cleaned, but there was no "do not disturb" option, you can only use it while you are in the room, and when you leave there is no such option, so the maid still comes to clean.When I arrived - I didn't have a blanket, so I had to look for a blanket - fortunately, it was in the closet. To be honest, it’s pretty cold to sleep at night without a blanket. For all 4 days of my stay at the hotel - the maid never put a duvet cover on the blanket, I don’t really understand why, but ok… not big deal.

Oh… I have to say that from the first day I had problems with the Internet, Wi-Fi connected - but it didn’t work at all. Mobile Internet worked very poorly, because the hotel didn’t catch the network. As soon as I left the hotel a couple of meters - the network appeared. To all my complaints, the staff - the administrator and the "son of an IT specialist" (as the administrator called him) said that everything was working for everyone and that I had problems with my phone. For some reason, I had no problems outside the hotel at all, but in the hotel there were. Well, okay, this is also not such a big problem, but I could not use the Internet at all... Although for me and my work it was really important at that moment.I asked to restart the router or give me access to another Internet (since there was one), but I was refused. In the end, they told me that a real IT specialist can only come on a working day (I checked into the hotel on Saturday) and he will try to see what the problem is.Eventually on my last day at the hotel the internet started working and mobile network appeared which proves that the problem wasn’t with my phone and clearly some problems at the hotel were fixed.But the internet wasn't the biggest problem, the biggest problem was the restaurant in the hotel…Oh my… just imagine - it's my first time in Italy and I just checked into the hotel and I go to the hotel restaurant, I want to try Italian pasta for the first time. And what a disappointment it was when they brought me completely overcooked pasta, which tasted disgusting. I ended up not eating it at all. I told the waitress about it, but she just said that she doesn't understand English and just took my dinner to the kitchen, asking if I was finished. It's sad that someone in the hotel doesn't speak English and doesn't want to sort out the problem. The waitress didn't care about me at all.

it’s on the way from Venezia to Treviso, conveniently located along the road. late night check-in is possible which is a huge plus! The front desk gentleman is a top top top person, very helpful and kind - thank you for that!

Room needs a little brush-up in 2023, otherwise it was perfect and clean!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights during which we went for one day trip to Venice. For overnight stays it is good, the parking is large and free.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so there are no options for eating within walkable distance. Also the train station is little further, we rather took car to get there. The selection for the breakfast was not great, but it was OK. Our room had window that led directly to the roof that was filled with cigarette butts.

During the breakfast the cleaning lady entered our room (with all our belongings in it), opened the window (room is on the ground floor) and left the door open securing it from closing by the small piece of wood ?Of course after opening the room as above, she left for unspecified time.That is a level of carefreeness I've never spotted in a hotel!

Everything was ok. Nice hotel, nice and very clean room, with all necessities. It was very comfortable. The private terrace was great. Also very good and hearty breakfast.

The location is a bit too far from the train station.

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean, car can park in front of the terrasse, 15 min walk to the train station and 25 minutes to Venice by train was convenient. Was quiet, too, so good hotel to visit the city.

Seemed a bit old, shower had cracks, no trash bag in the trash.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights to visit Venice and Jesolo. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has its own parking. Breakfast was the same, but was delicious. There is a big Supermarket nearby.

The hotel didn't have an iron for guests to use, so it's a good idea to bring your own. We were allowed to use the hotel's iron, which was in the laundry room and was used by the staff. It was very inconvenient, but at least it was an option.
