- Breakfast was pretty good
- The lady at the front when we arrived was super nice and helpful.
- Unique, beautiful property. Spacious, well-equipped room, many well-placed electrical outlets, comfy bed/pillows, good water pressure and fixtures, excellent Wi-Fi. Walk to Metro. Good value for the price, at least in off season. Restaurant CLOSED.
Cons -
- The overpowering smell of cleaning products and fragrance in the common areas and the old musty smell with perfume on top in the room.
- There was a cockroach in my bed!!! They moved us rooms, but I was never able to mentally recover. If it wasn?t after 1am, we would have left. But I stuck it out, took a shower in the morning and left as soon as humanly possible.
- Santurtzi is a small, working port city - little of the variety and youthful exuberance of places like Pamplona. I was mistaken about how far it was from Bilbao and how long it would take to get there if you don't have a car.
