Comfort Hotel Atlantic Muenchen Sued

The location and room size

The receptionist argued the room wasn't paid. I had to show her the invoice that her colleague issued the night before to prove I already paid. She then, without apologising ,just said her colleague made a mistake not updating the system. Very bad customer service.

Superb

The automatic distributor did not have water bottles and I arrived too late to look around for buying outside

Bed are very good and comfortable. Front desk people let us check in before official check in time, which means to us a lot. Everything is perfectly clean. Room has enough space.

Everything was great. If I need to tell one thing, maybe vending machines are little bit buggy, but that is minor thing.

I stayed here and my family stayed in Unterhaching. The staff, the breakfast and the hotel were lovely.

Good

The vending machine doesn't give change or keep credit, so I ended up paying EUR 5 for a 0.25cl bottle of sparkling water!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

I was given a room with two small single beds that could not be joined together and each was quite small.. child size in my view. The room was quite noisy because a traffic-heavy road with a fire station nearby. The bathroom was tiny. The price was exorbitant for what it was.

The rooms were large with all the necessities included. The shower was larger than in many other hotels, with large doors that opened inward. An example to be followed elsewhere!

A possibility to have two key cards would have been useful. No personnel available at the time of earliest possible check-in was a surprise.

Good basic hotel, 15 minute walk to trains. Easy free parking on premise.

Breakfast - excelleintRoom- very cleanStaff; very professional

Room was clean and comfortable, not very big but enough for what I needed. Bathroom was clean and elevator was working.

It was more expensive if you have in mind it is not that close to the city center (40min by bus+metro).

Great location with lot of things in close proximity. They have complimentary coffe and nice lounge areas with snack/juice and coffee machines ❤️

One of the reasons we decided to go here is free parking but when we arrived garage was closed and there was no parking around hotel so we had to search.

location and cleanliness

no electric kettle or cups in room

Good location, affordable prices, not too far from Munich via public transports.

Simple but with all accommodations available and really clean. This is a really good ration quality / price when you have to stay in the area. Staff really nice

Clean amenities, brand new bathroom, competent staff, enough parking, snacks and coffee machine on the floor, central location

Beds were very very soft. Too soft to be comfortable for everyone. This is the only thing that I though was not as good as expected or better.

very good

that the reception closes at 6pm we arrived before but had trouble with internet in the room which was sorted by receptionist So if he was not there we would have been inconvenienced

Although not a centrally located hotel, it was easy to access to reach the city center by bus and subway. Quiet location with lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Free parking!

convenient distance to the place of business I had to go to. Access to bus stops.

The AC control was not the best and had to fiddle with it until the room reached the preferred temperature on the dial.

Superb

No mini bar\fridge in the room but in the hall there is machine for drinks, snacks etc.

very easy checking in after hours, very clean and nice minimal deco, rooms have everything you need including great air conditioning!!

I received one coffee pad for two days, and the machines are on only two floors near the vending machine, so that was the only annoying thing
