Nice staff. Good location for us. Clean rooms.

A family-run business with a welcoming family feel. Very efficiently run. Attentive, helpful and pleasant staff. Close to ubahn stations for access to town, Messe Düsseldorf about a €25 uber ride away. Breakfast was excellent. Standards are very high all round here and the staff works extremely hard for the guests.

I personally would normally require air-conditioned rooms but my partner was fine without it. I managed OK but it was quite uncomfortable at times in the heat and humidity of late August. It didn't detract from my overall positive experience!

The personal was very kind and helpful although there was a language barrier and the room was nice and clean for its price unbeatable.

Travelled with family so we got an apartment for the 4 of us which was very nice and roomie. Rooms were very clean. Although they have a restaurant downstairs you can only eat within open hours... which is after 5pm when the buffet opens. Continental Breakfast is by booking previously (hotel guests only).

I liked the location out of town but easy access by car. The hotel was quiet and inexpensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

At the price, there is little to criticise but there was no restaurant facility on the Monday evening

Practically located hotel for a visit to Düsseldorf with friendly staff and good breakfast. Easy parking as well.

The floor in the room was damaged, all in all a bit of a poor condition.

The staff were polite and friendly, and the rooms and the beds were spotless. Also, the breakfast was acceptable and worth its value.

The rooms could be equipped with a refrigerator.

We visits a family in the area so location was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel seem to be old, but room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Be aware that the hearing/cooling unit on the roof of an adjacent restaurant is quite noisy (squeaky). Smells from the restaurant kitchen often spread throughout hotel corridors.

It was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful! She offered to give us other rooms instead the one next to the reception, so that we wouldn’t be bothered by the incoming noise from the entrance, because we left very early in the morning and just wanted a quiet sleep.

There weren’t any hangers in the closet as well as in the bathroom, we couldn’t hang the towel after wet or hang any clothing.

All the staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful

Location was perfect - very close to motorway exit and near to family members who we were visiting.Staff were highly professional, very welcoming and friendly. They worked extremely hard and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Vi provided an exceptional level of service, assisted by other excellent colleagues, particularly Vicky.The whole experience was outstanding and we are happy to thoroughly recommend the Meerbuscher Hof Hotel to others.We will return!

Although the bathroom/shower were brand new and of excellent quality, it would have been good to have a towel rail(s), shelf in the shower, bathroom mat and a toilet roll holder!These are only very minor observations intended to be helpful - these points did not detract form the excellent overall experience.

Breakfast and general very friendly service!

Small bed. It was obviously not very old, and a slightly wider single bed like 1,20 or 1,40m would increase the comfort tremendously - at only slightly higher cost. But mattress was good

Nice large clean modern room. Comfy bed.

Tiny bath towels. I was very cold while trying to dry myself . A shame because the bathroom was really nice. Plenty of hot water.
