Great breakfast option. Front staff lady very polite and very helpful with a nice smile.A very quiet place for a family visit. The commercial centre at the back of the hotel meant you could have a nice stroll and eat some nice ice cream, have a coffee and something to eat.

A fridge inside the room would have helped as it was very hot during our stay. Also, I was not sure how to operate the ceiling fan (incorporated into the lights) - I could not find any switch to operate it (my fault for not asking the staff), but it should have been obvious that if there was a fan, there would be an obvious switch to operate it (or maybe it was not working)

The open space outside the hotel was important to me and it's within walking distance of the city.Food was very good.

The front of house staff was overworked, she worked really hard with no back up.

They have a water dispenser and a very beautiful tree that was full of flowers when we stayed.Rom is perfecat and has all you need for a short stay

the address for the location is incorrect. The room has to be inspected and clean, it’s a shame since the room is cool. The smell in the hallway to the rooms is not the best. I suggest also plugs next to the bed, nowadays is almost a must.

Lovely comfortable bed, tea making facilities. Staff very nice. Close to main route, ideal for stop over.

The only thing was good - surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.

I travel a lot and this was one of the worst places I stayed (even though recommended by partners who I was visiting in Rouen). Overpriced motel style place. The stains on towels, towels smell like fish and chips were fried next to laundry place. Hair dryer only for decor - not working. Main lamp - not working. Contrast shower every time I used it - either you get a spash of super hot water, or super cold. Breakfast for 14.50 is so very poor. Stayed for 4 nights and every morning the same. No vegetables at all, warm food was only scrambled eggs and bacon every single morning. They even overcharged me for breakfast and stay, but thankfully the staff was nice and dealed with refund within the week.

Comfy beds. Helpful lady on reception: when we requested more milk, and extra duvet, it was no trouble.Also location - right next to Carrefour with the cheapest petrol we've found in France.

Bathroom - drains smell very bad. We tried running water down shower as other travellers have suggested but the relief was temporary. Bedroom was very cramped. Decor tired. Not up to the usual standard of other Kyriad hotels.

Small cramped, very tired room, grungy mouldy bathroom.Stagnant water on the flat roof outside the window. Constant noise during the night Fromm cycling machinery. Faulty lights in the hall outside. No food available on the property or near by.

The twin beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, tea and coffee in the room.

The room was small and very noisy at 5.30am. Not good when you have a 8hr car journey that day. There was no restaurant open at the hotel and no restaurant within walking distance.

Very nice economy hotel. Comfortable and clean room at top of building.No food on the sunday night of our arrival, but receptionist provided us with a perfectly acceptable hot snackBreakfast was very good, even some hot choices!

While inconvenient for us with a room on the fifth floor, there was no lift, which could be a big problem for less abled travelers if not aware.

The location was very good for a stopover. There are local amenities including restaurants

Location and price. Bed was comfortable, there were 4 pillows including 2 memory pillows. Convenient area, grocery store very close by, bus stop close, too. I don’t think they have elevator. Good communication. Very good price.

Water in the shower wasn’t drain properly. Needs to be fixed.

Thankyou .The fan couldn’t be used on our first stay as kept catching on something and the sound was too loud.The accommodation is basic but we knew this but it is a great place to stop. The staff were really friendly and very helpful in sorting accommodation for our disabled son.There is an Carrefour next to it and Buses into Rouen so very convenient.We shall definitely return .

Great value for money, good location in the suburbs. Close to supermarkets, food outlets, fuel station 24hr.

Again restaurant was closed, however the bar was open and plenty of places to eat at nearby.
