Pros +
- Large airy room. Roomy bathroom. Good airconditioning
- Proximity to the airport is excellent! Hotel rooms are very clean.
- Very friendly and efficient English speaking staff at the front desk and restaurant. Location close to the airport is very convenient for early flights.
Cons -
- The bar is very expensive. We had a most unfortunate experience with this hotel, although it was not the fault of the hotel itself. I had phoned the hotel 4 days before our arrival to check that everything was in order, as I had added two more guests.
- AC did not cool the room at night.
- My room had stairs from the entrance hall up to the sleeping area. This was not a problem for me, but should probably be disclosed in advance for elderly or disabled travelers.

it was an unusual layout in the room with the bathroom immediately when you entered the room then the bedroom area was 5 steps up.
Clean, modern, quiet and perfect location to leave for the Porto airport. Shuttle service is fast and responsive. Staff are helpful and food was good, too. I will stay again when traveling to/from Porto.
The staff were very helpful, restaurant was much better than expected and priced very reasonable for location
Good location, friendly staff, great price.
It is located in a bit of a food desert - very few restaurants nearby. The hotel does serve a breakfast and has a bar menu (pizza, sandwiches, etc.,)
The staff were very professional and attentive which we greatly appreciated. The airport shuttle was excellent and the location very convenient to the airport. We also paid extra for the breakfast which had very good hours to accommodate our 9am flight. The staff could not have been better.
We chose this hotel as it appeared like it would be "nicer" and thus had an expectation of cleanliness. However, both of the bathrooms we had were full of black mold. The mold was present along the grout lines, but also on the ceiling in the shower. Our children are highly mold sensitive and thus we typically are willing to pay more for places when we travel in an effort to get well-maintained and hopefully mold free environments. However, this hotel was far from it and caused reactions in our children. We would not let them use on of the bathrooms because the mold was so bad, the one with less visible mold we let them use. However, the shower when turned on a certain way was not set up well such that it would spray water all the way into the edge of the bedroom and there was a visible "spot" on the wood where you could see other guests have dealt with the same issue. The bathrooms need to be ripped out, cleaned properly by a mold professional and redone properly with the plumbing fixtures set properly and the tile and grout sealed and silicone placed. I do not like to give any facility low marks, but this one I felt compelled to due to this health/cleanliness matter. Like I said, the staff was great, but the owner needs to evaluate the rooms for this issue and correct the problem for the health of their guests.
Rooms where big.
I didn’t like that a family of 5 couldn’t rent one room, when there was more than enough space. We had 3 hue beds in one room, and we could have had a crib there too. Instead we had to rent two rooms, which of one of them we didn’t even use.
The staff couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. The shuttle driver even told us to follow him to a gas station so we could gas up our rental car. When asked about city suggestions they pulled maps out, taking time to show us routes and suggest restaurants and best sites. Rooms were newly remodels and very spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
Location, staff, free shuttle to airport, good restaurant in the site
All good no complain
Close to the Airport with a free shuttle. Bear fast offered from 4 am.
Very nice room, spacious with ample closet space and very comfortable bed, giant bathroom.
Not a huge fan of steps to go to the bathroom.
Very close to airport, free shuttle was fast. Very clean, good water pressure. Very friendly staff at concierge, shuttle and restaurant.
Very loud- every door slam and person talking outside the room felt like they were yelling inside the room. No insulation at all. Restaurant was very pricey for the quality of the food.
Great airport hotel. The shower was unexpectedly huge and the water pressure was fantastic. The shuttle service was right on time.
The shuttle service excellent. 5 minutes to and from the airport, and you can't really tell you are that close because it's so quiet. The was room lovely. Nice breakfast.
I cannot eat salt. I asked for plain salmon with nothing on it or the vegetables and potatoes. Unfortunately, the chef chose to get fancy and put fresh garlic on the vegies. When I told the server I couldn't eat garlic either, she told me to brush it off and eat it. It would be fine. How the heck does she know? Anyone who knows how fresh garlic seasons foods, knows that the oils from the garlic do not brush off! On our return after our trip, we stayed there again. I ordered the same meal only this time I made it very clear that SALT, GARLIC and ONIONS were not to be put on any of the food. Guess what? The meal was brought to me with garlic again on the vegies and on the potatoes. The waiter took it back and delivered me a plate of salmon and boiled vegies. The potatoes had been removed. Disappointing because everything else was so nice.
Staff is very friendly.
I wouldn't eat in the restaurant again. Food was not good.
Room was large and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was efficient.
The sound proofing could be improved. Noise really carried from the hallway and plumbing in other rooms. It should be made clear that you have to call the hotel for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport. It is not on a regular loop like some others. I ended up walking, but if you had a lot of luggage or mobility issues, you may not want to.
We decided to stay at this hotel for our last night in Porto, as it’s conveniently located near the airport, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, with a great shower and excellent amenities. The complimentary shuttle service to return our rental car and to the airport was a real plus, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall, we were very comfortable — it was the perfect way to wrap up our trip and get ready for our return to Canada. Highly recommended!
We noticed a few maintenance details that could be improved, including some stained carpets and areas on the walls and ceilings showing signs of humidity.
the hotel offers nice big rooms with enormous bathrooms, staff is always very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle at any time to the airport makes it the perfect place to spend a night before an early flight out of Porto
the bathroom facilities especially the shower floor need a proper cleaning
