Expensive breakfast

Very close to airport and the have shuttle to pick you and drop off 24 hours . So in my case since I have an early fly was perfect .

Right by the airport high-end facility very quiet with soundproof doors they have a private shuttle that takes you to the airport upon request.

It was convenient to book and stay when our flight got cancelled. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The bar and restaurant were not well stocked and very slow moving.

The front desk staff was super nice, especially Jaqueline: she immediately made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There were clean towels, shower gel and a body lotion provided. There was also a bottle of still water in the room to drink. It was also very nice of the staff to let us order dinner 30min before the restaurant closing time (23:00).

The hotel advertises a free shuttle from and to the airport, but when we called to request a pickup, we were told they are "at capacity" so no shuttle is available (however the next morning we were driven to the airport with no problem). The breakfast is a little underwhelming for the price (15eur.) Also the overall price for the room is a little elevated but I guess that's expected from a property located less than a mile from the airport.

Sound travels through walls.You can hear conversations in the other room adjacent to yours. No sound insulation.

The location is a little odd and hard to find, but it is convenient once you know the area. We didn't get to use the restaurant, but the rest of the hotel is well staffed, comfortable and very clean. The parking was also very easy to use.

Our room didn't have many surfaces to put things on, and the main center shelf/cubby has a huge safe that can't be moved, of course. If guests want to use a safe, they could use a lower shelf or look in the closet where most hotels have them. Also, there was no way to heat water that I needed, so I had to buy an electric kettle which I left at a Lisbon airport hotel which also didn't have one. I couldn't take it with me.

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The check in experience was very smooth. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. My special thanks go to Gabriel, the server at the restaurant. He was super friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English.

air conditioner was not individually controlled - very HOT during the night. Called the receptionist and was told that I could not control it and they couldn't make it colder without affecting the rest of the guests. I did not get any sleep the whole night before my flight because it was too hot.. I should have just driven in directly to the airport. It was a waste of money trying to get some sleep before my flight.

The room was very clean and fresh. The shower was spacious and the rain shower-head felt so good after traveling. The hotel bar is lovely, great drinks and food. The seating areas are spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming and spoke English well. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very appreciated.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Our flight got cancelled, we were tired, but the staff were SO incredible even though handling many guests from the same cancelled flight. We had an excellent meal at the restaurant and a filling breakfast. The room was luxurious, especially loved the sheets!

The room lighting was a bit dim especially bathroom. But opening curtains fully in the morning was ok. That said, it was still a delight to stay after a stressful travel day.
