B&B HOTEL Berlin Genshagen-Nord

The room was good, the bed ok, but the breakfast wasn't good enough.

I arrived at the hotel late night about 2am. and couldn't check in. Had to reserve a new room. In conclusion, i has to booked new room at 3pm. ?

Rooms a bit small for longer stays but for 1 or 2 nights it's fine

Location excellent

The check in process was a complete car crash. We arrived quite late after a long day of driving and simply wanted to go to bed. 40 minutes later we were still trying to check in using the "automated" terminal that simply didn't work, and took an additional payment before crashing repeatedly and requiring a reset.

Cheap, basic but clean room.

We payed via Booking, but had to pay again via the automatic check in system in the hotel. No staff or telephone number is available at 23:00, so only option was to pay again.Reception in the morning after was not very helpful and just referred us to Booking. After 2 weeks money was finally refunded.Please fix you that bookings are automatically noted as “already paid”, to prevent these issues.

Ex ibis. Hotel name changed to to B&B. Service and quality same as before. Rooms are clean and wifi works perfect. Free parking available

No lift exist. It is difficult to access 3. floor with luggage. Reception is open between 5-10pm and it is difficult to check in after 10pm.

The location, the staff and the facilities were extremely nice considering the pricing

Not that the property can be held at account for this but there wasn't many close food options nearby we had to travel for just a little bit. But McDonald's is next-door for breakfast!

Nice clean rooms that seemed quite new. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but rooms didn’t. We had 2 rooms to fit our family of 5 and each room had a double bed down below and a single bunk up top. Clean and functional though a bit small. Good price for our one night stay.

The shower door was clear glass, which was an odd choice and offered no privacy as it opened right into the room, beside the sink (only the toilet had a separate room and door). All very tiny. Okay for 2 people but squished for 3.

Great accommodation for travelers and for one overnight stay. Small room but equipped with everything you need (except a fridge). There is no noise from the highway. Breakfast and coffee on site or in the adjacent McDo...

Early morning water is not enough warm.

Small and modest rooms but sufficient for one night on the road for a reasonable price. Right by the highway, with a large parking lot. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful. Breakfast not very varied but sufficient.

The ambience

The fact that the hotel check in time is 5pm. We arrive at about 2pm and had to wander around for 3hours before we could check in. Check out time was too early and the staff won’t let us keep our bags until we’re ready to leave.

The location is fair

They don’t have a store to safely keep customers luggage that checked out.Their check in and check out time is poor.

Room meets expectations for passing traveller. Perfect location if you traveling with the car.

Shower stream was weak. Everything else met my expectations.

Very poor

They canceled my reservation at 9 in the evening while I was driving and I only found out when I parked in front of the hotel at 12 at night. They had a technical problem with the check-in machine and the reception was closed. I had to find another accommodation at 12 am.

The room was clean ! We came earlier than 17.00 , but we were welcomed .

For this price I think it's a perfect hotel. For me the most important thing that it was clean. But you need to know that there is no hair dryer and kettle.

Good location, close to highway not too far from Berlin. Decent price. Clean rooms. Free TV with many channels. Quiet. Check-in 24/7 through a machine.

The staff could have been more kind and the breakfast could been more variation. The rooms could have been bigger and the bathroom was too close to the beds (deconstructed bathroom).

Well comfort, i was suprised about accoustic isolation of the windows. Quiet, comfort room and tasty brakefast.
