Balcony in the room was nice

I made the resevation for 3 days (20-23 Oct). I got the reservation confirmation from booking as well. After several days i received a message from the hotel saying that they made a mistake and they can provide a room for me only for 20 Oct. For other 2 days (21-23 Oct) they said they could not provide a room for me and nothing to do. I dont know what happened at the hotel but that was suddenly shared with me. Because it was late i could not find a room nearby and stayed 20mins further away than my workplace.

The staff is very kind and helpful

Everything looks nice until you look a bit harder, the shower is very dirty and covered in mold, the bathroom tiles are loose and falling apart, the entrance door scraps extremely hard on the floor making it hard to open fully. In the other room the floor was bulging upward due to the fake wood floor. The bathroom doors are the glass with no privacy glass make number 2s quite awkward. The beds are just 2 single beds pushed together. My partner fell in-between the beds while sleeping. The blankets are about the size of a napkin making it very hard to sleep comfortably. All of these things mentioned are in both rooms the me and my brother booked. And one last point the restaurant downstairs is way overpriced for what you get( example: a glass of orange juice was 7 euros...)

I was fine but in the deluxe room my partner couldn’t get in or out of the bath as he’s too tall for the sloping roof and there’s no separate shower

Clean, great location, great food

Didn’t know there was festival during first few days, didn’t sleep for first 2 days as music was right next to hotel, when festival finished, everything was excellent

The service was super. The room was very clean. The location was very good with alot of restaurants nearby. We are definitely going back!

The shower hose good be replaced but that was not a big issue.

The gorgeous restaurant, breakfast was 15/10, the room no. 10 had a beautiful terrace, the place is quiet, had sexy bathroom with glass doors. Overall we were very happy with our stay

very centrally located in Lommel. huge parking lot for free directly at the hotel If needed and weather permitting, there is a pool and a whirlpool.

The room is a little worn and the bathtub is missing the top drain. The breakfast is ok, it would be better if you had a choice of what you would like to have for breakfast and a little fruit and vegetables would have been nice.The hotel is located right next to Lommel's pub and bar scene, and the windows and walls are poorly insulated. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud from Friday to Saturday until around 3 a.m., as the pub across the street was having karaoke night.

The hotel was located in the center. I was a bit afraid of the noise mentioned in other reviews, but we slept soundly. There were also blackout curtains. The breakfast was very limited, but tasty.

Black mold overgrowth in the bathroom. The smell from the mold was extremely strong, it made me cough and made my head spin. We were told that a technician would come to take a look (I'm not even sure if he would have been able to improve the situation) but no one came. The mold is not only in the shower, its also on the ceiling of the bathroom.Our bed was broken too. One leg of the bed was replaced with a wheel from a chair, so the height was uneven. The other bed had one leg broken and was also uneven.There is no fridge in the room, even though we had a deluxe room. There were only ~4 tissues in the box.

Aneck and Julie were the amazing staff members - I will never forget them for their brilliant quick thinking and empathy when it comes to customer service!

Room 9: The fact we were shoved in a room at the top of the building inconvenienced me and my daughter with stairs, bumping the suitcases up and down. I was very disappointed at how dusty the room was, the air conditioning vents needs to be cleaned. The cracks on the walls in the bathroom, above the bed just shows low maintenance and neglect. None of the plug sockets worked accept for the TV so we had to rotate between watching TV and charging my phone/tablet.

The bathroom was not working, and the shower tray was blocked. I don't think it's a good idea to have a glass toilet door.

The bad was very narrow. And the mattress wasn't good. Please get better mattresses, and unplug the shower tray. Change the door from glass to a wooden door.Thank you.

Very hard to find hotel parking one way system and there was not hot water in tap. Was vert noisy and single bed uncomfortable. No reception and they told someone fix hot water issue but delayed next day and ı have to cancel my second night booking.

Staff was nice Breakfast was good. Room was globally in line with our expectations even though it would require some refurbishment.

The music noise during the night. The single mattresses (uncomfortable as it creates spaces between both sides of the bed). The room needs refurbishment : moving tiles in the bathroom, old towels, dirty shower joints, shower head leaking.

Couple of things went really wrong:- bathroom floor had broken tiles! many tiles broken up, sharp edges all over, impossible to move around on bare feet!- bathroom towels are old! coming apart!- nobody at reception to speak to; neither to check out with (and pay the bill). owner left the Ukrainian staff to struggle alone!... no English speaker in the building! - restaurant is slow, but also charges you wrongly, correction is made and you end up taking the wrong bill! (lower vs. real payment, and then you end up with issues at corporate expenses)- breakfast. one size fits all - bread-only-type offering on a plate but no fruit option! no choices allowed.

It is impossible to take a shower in rooms on the top floor due to bathtub under narrow roof. There was no receptionist, you need to contact to bartender.

there is a parking near by which is free

the whole weekend we couldn‘t sleep because of the clubs which are in front of the hotel.there were extremely loud music till 5h30 in the morning. you couldn‘t close the window in the bathroom at all and those abow the beds you coudn‘t close properly.there is nobody in the reception, we asked for late check out, it never came an answer.you can only shower by sitting in the bathtub. + there is a clear glas door who splits bathroom&bedroom.the tv didn‘t worked and there is no fridge.

This hotel with a friendly staff is located in the city centre. It offers a clean (bath)room, a good bed, and a delicious breakfast. It's also a good restaurant to have dinner. Recommended.
