Noicy room until late night and early morning

Location, view and the room are stunning. I believe it is one of the best if not the best in the island in terms of location and view. Special thanks to Sunil the driver, always smiling and happy to see guests around.

Breakfast could be better and more in line with the standard of the hotel. No eggs dishes are present nor offered, despite when some guests asked they gave few options, also no fresh juices offered, despite I saw some guests asked for it and they said yes. But if you don’t know it, you suppose you can have what you see only. Customer service and guests interaction could be better, definitely they see lots of people but this is as well their core business so I would suggest to focus a bit more to let your guests feel more welcomed at your stunning property.

This was the perfect location.Angela was the perfect Host.Her Manager Antonio was brilliant so communicative. He could not do enough to help . He went out of his way to help us send a parcel back to Australia.Thank you Antonio ?We highly recommend this property

We had a wonderful room with large Terrasse overlooking the sea. The interior of bedroom and bathroom were well designed, clean and homely. Perfect location by the harbour, good breakfast, friendly staff. While Angela can seem grumpy, she lights up the room when she decides to smile.

All good.

The staff were so thoughtful & wonderful. Hotel Lisca Bianca was the perfect base.

Just the bed was a little too firm from what I’m use to, But not enough to worry me or stop me from enjoying my sleep. It’s just a preference.

Location is nice, staff very helpful

Shower was cold and small, bed uncomfortable, chlorine smell in the early morning when cleaners were cleaning the terrace. Lobby and general terrace not open in afternoon

this hotel clearly lives up through its location. an amazingly large terrace with view of the port, Stromboli, and other Eolian islands. The room was rather basic but spacious and nicely decorated.

for what you pay, the quality of services, lack of customer orientated attitude and poor breakfast experience it was disappointing. Reception was rather rude, eg no warm welcome, no information on available services, etc. The terrace, as beautiful as it is only serviced at breakfast times and late afternoon for Apero. Despite a well equipped bar, there’s no service if you want to enjoy a coffee or drink during the day. The mini bar is equipped however charging 5€ for 50cl of water feels like a ripoff (the same price as for beer and red bull). WiFi, aside from the fact that we only got access for 2 devices, was practically unusable. The signal in the room was inexistent and on the terrace i had connection speeds below 1MBit/s making it even useless for browsing the web or using Google Maps. Breakfast doesn’t feature anything local, industrial oven baked baguettes and croissants and ham/cheese from the supermarket. Fruits were available however apples in Sicily in summer is rather strange. unfortunately also the attitude of the service staff at the breakfast was rather rude, no proactivity, no explanation, eg until the last day we didn’t know that we could have ordered omelette, etc because none of the staff cared to tell us. It’s unfortunately not a 4* experience at all.

The location is utterly spectacular, a perfect spot right next to the pier, in the centre of all the Panarea action.

The Wi-Fi was terrible (which we had to pay for). And one of the nights the music was THUMPING until 2:30, our room sounded like a nightclub.

Staff were very friendly spoke English . Breakfast good. Location and views of stromboli excellent . 5 mins from ferry .

Went mid October, no bar ,no restaurant as advertised hotel closed at night just access to room single beds small and very firm . No boats to Stomboli unless you want to pay hundreds of pounds. Only 2 restaurants open on island .

the mattress was not comfortable at all (very hard) space for improvement regarding the cleanliness and maintenance in the bathroom (old and broken sink, very old hairdryer etc)

Gorgeous little island, hotel stunning spot, lovely women on front desk, staff really helpful and courteous

Noisy until 2am, restaurant poor, some fellow guests appeared to be rude to staff

The property is located in the heart of Panarea, it’s a lovely hotel, well kept and comfortable

The hotel terrace is also part of a bar/night club and loud music was played until 3am. We are a young couple with no kids so wasn’t a big deal for us but I think it should be specified and hear plugs provided for the guests. Also we believe it was overall a bit pricey for what it has to offer (no private terrace, no pool, standard breakfast)

Staff were terrific. Very helpful. Room was excellent with a great view of the harbour and surrounding area. Location was ideal.

Shower would go from boiling hot to freezing cold (it surges). Still possible to shower ok, just not ideal. Hairdryer also hopeless.

The shower and pressure - was hot and cold literally, so it wasn't enjoyable

The views and location were superb! The restaurant and the bar roof top were so amazing! I hardly left the hotel since my room had a terrace and view just like the one you see advertised!

location fabulous- overlooking the port and sea, staff were so welcoming , friendly and helpful. Our room was very beautiful, cool , wonderful patio / outdoor area from our room. We loved it all . Glad we came in September - still quite hot and we missed the crowds ?
