La Sirenetta Park Hotel

Loved this cute hotel. The staff were excellent!

Wished the shower was a little hotter.

Staff was very helpful, they helped us every question we had. Breakfast was good. There is a beach very closeby, and the beach was quite nice. You can rent umbrella and chairs each for 10 EURs. Rooms were clean, AC was working perfectly. The view from the room was amazing, also the view from the pool as well.

Shower was too tight, not enough space to move. They also brought our luggages to a different room by mistake but they solved the issue immediately of course.

Everything. The staff was so amazing, especially Angela and the other front desk girl.My room had s great view with a bathtub, The bed was very comfortable. It had its own little patio also. The breakfast was really great w homemade pastries and as wonderful sea view. It had lots of beautiful garden and pots filled with blooming flowers. It was maybe the only pool in the town and it was spotlessly clean w lots of loungers. The rooms were on different levels, with no elevator, so if lots steps are a problem book a lower level room. They even provided a breakfast in a bag for those early departing for the ferry.

There is nothing I did not like.

This property exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The location and view is gorgeous! It is very close to the Stromboli black sand beach. I could spend a day here just watching the blue waves. All the staff are amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent as well. They take part in organising the Stromboli hiking tours as well. The guide was amazing and I thank him for his patience. Hiking Stromboli was very difficult for me and it would not have been possible without him. I stayed there only for a day but this experience will always stay with me. I wish every staff good luck and thank them for their exceptional services. This was the highlight of my three weeks trip to Italy :)

I liked absolutely everything! I wish I could stay there for another few days. After this, Taormina is falling short :)

Traditional Hotel, very nice staff, from reception to restaurant (good food). Abundant breakfast buffet. They also have a pool in case you want to take a break from going around. (Water was freezing)

Great location with amazing views. Room was a good size with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Lovely friendly staff who helped with all our needs :)

Very beautiful hotel located directly in front of the ocean and behind with a spectacular view on the vulcano.Unfortunately, we had to leave 1 day earlier because of bad wheather, but the hotel was so nice to refund us major part of the second night - thanks to that!Breakfast was nice and yummy.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, nice pool inside a green garden, terrace and restaurant with view to the sea.

Coffee in the breakfast was uneatable. Bathroom a bit small and old.

The breakfast was great and we were given an amazing room overlooking the sea. I met the proprietor while looking at the historical photographs, which turned our to be her and her family. This was wonderful. This hotel has a lot of interesting history. The volcano was erupting and the hotel seemed very welcoming to Italy's civil defense police, which was cool. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. We also had a nice surprise in that there was a huge water freighter (necessity on Stromboli) that came in near the hotel at night with all its lights on, yet the window shades stopped the lights and the sound-proof windows stopped the noise. This was well-planned. A+

Walking to the tiny mini-mart was not a fun adventure. Getting charged 10 euros for a 1 km golf cart ride from the port to the hotel seemed like something that we should not have had to pay for.

The position, vicinity to the beach, lovely pool, comfortable accommodation, great staff.

The breakfast was underwhelming.

Clean, comfortable and nice patio. Swimming pool very nice. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast overlooking the ocean. Not in a busy part of town, 20 minutes walk from ferry along the flat.

Window over the door meant the room couldn’t be made dark at night. Otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.

The windows were moving due to the wind and they were making noises, during the night, kept me waking up.

The property is beautifully situated on the ocean and is altogether charming with flowering trees, lovely balconies and views of the sea. There is a large pool and a small outdoor gym on the staff are extremely kind and helpful and accommodating. We stayed two nights and would easily have stayed longer. We thought it was one of the loveliest hotels and locations we had ever seen. We would recommend renting a scooter, however, to explore the island to travel to and from the ferry.

We initially had an excellent check in with a really handy transfer service offered from the port by the hotel and at a really good price. Check in was excellent and the room itself was lovely, with a stunning sea view, private balcony with sun loungers, etc. We were initially very impressed. However things went downhill the next day when we went to breakfast. Not expecting the best breakfast for the money, but at least expecting it not to be infested with wasps, which it was since it was being served outside and items like pastries not covered. Was not very impressed with the staff response, as there was a language barrier with the staff serving the breakfast, and the reception were not very helpful, directing me to the staff who I had already pointed out could not speak sufficient English to communicate the issue, and ultimately telling us the wasps (densely covering all the pastries) were “nature”! As regards a solution, the staff came and took the pastries, covered them up with a glass dome, and put the same ones back out! I could see them doing this behind the screen to the side; they did not like being challenged when I said that this was not appropriate. We left without really eating anything as it was so off putting, however they did (begrudgingly) bring us out some fresh pastries for us to eat, but since the wasps had been drawn to the breakfast, they were annoying even when you went and sat down at a table to try and eat them. However, having been appalled at this experience and planning to write a rock-bottom review, they pulled it round the following morning with breakfast served inside, properly covered up, and it was really tasty and a far better experience than the previous morning. They were also excellent at arranging the transfer back to the port without being promoted to do so; they stopped us as we went for a walk after breakfast to ask about this. So overall a mixed experience, but room lovely and cleaned very well.

Everything! This hotel was booked on a whim as we had decided to stay an extra night on the island. The staff are very friendly, the property is gorgeous, clean utilities, very large rooms with beautiful balcony, and pool was the cherry on top. Highly recommend!
