Pros +
- Room was normal sized, balcony is super spacious to enjoy the beautiful views of Panarea. Staff was great, food at the restaurant was really good as well. Would definitely stay again!
- This hotel had directly access to can as well as a swimming pool. Every room has insane views and everything was super comfortable the entire time.
- We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel staff met us at the ferry port, picked us up and took us to the hotel. The hotel is located close to the port but we had a lot of luggage so we appreciated the pickup! Our room was spectacular with amazing ocean views. We loved having aperitifs on the beautiful main terrace over looking the ocean and town of Panarea. Best Limoncello spritz in Italy! Breakfast was fantastic! There was a great selection on the breakfast buffet. The kitchen staff made an omelette each day for us with a choice of fillings. There’s a private rocky beach behind the pool which was fantastic. We went there every morning before breakfast.
Cons -
- A bit close to loud music from a club down the street. They closed the restaurant the week before we got there which was pretty inconvenient.
- The owner was beyond rude and unwelcoming. I felt uncomfortable to approach him to ask for anything. Everyone else was lovely.
- There wasn’t anything to really to dislike. We stayed in the start of off peak season and maybe the staff were a bit bored. We noted the reception and bar staff were a little hands off.

Incredible views, lovely cosy room with plenty of terrace/balcony space for a sunny holiday. Panarea is a beautiful island and Cincotta is classy and perfect to enjoy a luxurious trip together.
Wouldn't rush back for the food in Panarea overall. Cincotta did good food relative to the rest of the island, nothing compared to Sicily. The weather wasn't great, but Hotel Cincotta can't control that.
Location fantastic. Pool area wonderful - Giuseppe the pool attendant very friendly Fabio - transported our baggage to and from the port very accommodating and friendly Breakfast was good - fresh fruit -coffee good
Our first welcome was by the Hotel owner at front reception and he wasn’t that informative or friendly ( maybe end of season ? Or language barrier) ?No info in rooms or at reception about the property i.e wifi, breakfast info, no offer of a map or activities etc We had to keep asking questions
Everything! Had an amazing stay at Cincotta Hotel! The location is unbeatable with stunning views and easy access to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable – truly amazing service. The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after exploring. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
I loved the location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, stunning view.
Sun loungers are old they need to be renovated. There isn’t enough space around the swimming pool. Beach access could be easier by a platform on the see with sun loungers
Incredible location view and amazing pool and access to the ocean
Fantastic location and stunning view from the pool
Rooms are a little tired
The location is perfect, only 2 minute walk from the port and swimming access to the ocean. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Could not recommend this place enough.
Location is amazing however very low ammenities, don’t expect much service
No coffee machine inside room, restaurant next to pool is closed down
Location to the hydrofoil and restaurants Bags collected by hotel golf buggy and transported to hotel for us. Beautiful sea views and courtyard gardens, best coffee we’ve had on the islands.
Could do with updating rooms. Bathroom had shower curtain and old yellowing plastic fixtures. More savoury options at breakfast would be welcome. Difficulty finding a sunbed at the pool as inadequate numbers.
The staff were fantastic, especially front desk manager Federica and barman Gianluca who both went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The property and its brilliant location and views make for a fantastic holiday. Well done Hotel Cincotta.
There were no adverse issues for us.
Beautiful rooms, helpful staff - excellent location for discovering the island
Everything. Location. Balcony. Amazing staff (especially Frederica). Gorgeous pool.
The location is fantastic with views over to Stromboli. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Good sea water swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Fantastic location, good food, pool and access to a rocky shore (that is a gem for Panarea). Great staff, Federica at reception was simply fanstastic. Hotel sounded like a family, we will come back.
Prices a bit high but August is very high season
The staff was wonderful and the location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Would like to stay again.
The bathroom tile in the shower was not clean. And mold was growing above the door due to the air conditioning leaking water. You could see it and smell it. Needs to be fixed asap.
Exceptional view from our room. Lovely staff and good breakfast.
