Bed was small and quality was mediocre. Parking the car was a bit tricky.

Staff was AMAZING! She was such a lovely staff member who helped us with SIM cards, a room refund when we were unable to stay the third night and also made the best hot chocolate. The room was huge, a very good price and was close to everything!

I did not stay at the Premier Classe hotel. When I arrived at the hotel in December via public transportation (metro) I was welcomed by a dark building with a letter at the door that informed guests that the hotel was not open and instead guests were asked to stay at a different hotel 1.5 km away. There was no shuttle service and public transportation was not running at the time which required me to carry my luggage for about 20 minutes on a freezing winter day to the advertised hotel.

Nothing because the door was closed and I couldn't enter the hotel and couldn't even sleep there.

The sister hotel policy which was not announced earlier. So basically if you go to the hotel at midnight you have to walk to another sister hotel to get your card one way is 20 mins so basically you have to walk 40 mins to get your card when you just want to sleep to catch the next flight.

A place that betrays its guests

When I arrived at the hotel on the day of my reservation, they told me that they were closed for two weeks and told me to go to another sister hotel. They took away the customer's choice by not informing them in advance by email or message and preventing them from canceling.

Overall a good experience, breakfast on Friday was very good and the staff was great, friendly, helpfull and happy. Clean and silent room all ok.

Saturday breakfast was not worth it, the young lady of the staff was very rude,, not happy to work or be there, breakfast was missing everything , no chess, no ham, no eggs, almost everything g empty and the your lady was not refilling anything and also not interested. Those type of employees can damage a bussiness reputation.

arrivad at unmanned hotel, reason, sickness of hotel employee. note at the closed entrance door wants hotel guest to drive 2 miles to sister hotel to check in and get keys for booked hotel room. Canceled my booking at unmanned hotel( security reason,etc elevator use only from 6:30am till 10pm daily.

It was hotel on our way from Bergium to Berlin. Could make a reservation 01.00 am and have a good sleep. I liked it! Specially as our hotel was changed to a level up! And on the same street!

Breakfast - bacon was a bit weird, too much fried.. otherwise the breakfast was great!

There was no kettle in the hotel. It was very disappointing Lift was breaking down We had come in early ans had requested to keep bags which they did When we asked we wanted to use toilet The reception lady curtly told that toilets are only in rooms and we can go there only at 2 pm Ridiculous that there is no common toilet It's called Hannover Airport Hotel Premium but it's actually quite far from airport or the messe. Pretty disappointed ass we had to take a cab everything for the airport or to the messe

Worst than any place I have ever been..No need for air-condition nor air purifier, the hotel had an ecological perspective:broken windows!Won't mention other stuff like pets.Stinking toilet and room even not for refugees.Shall be paid in order to stay there..Disgrace.totally.Stay out!

It is a very good budget hotel. The rooms have private bathrooms. The s-bahn station is close, 5 min walk.

It didn’t have some of the most important things for food ( like microwave) water heater for tea etc .

For the area, it’s a relatively cheap price and very doable if you just need a place to sleep for the night during travels. The staff is friendly. The mattresses sleep nice as well.

The carpet in the hotel, in the hallways and in the room is very dirty. It smells like smoke in most of the rooms and our bathroom specifically had a leaking shower head. The decor is outdated, but that isn’t a big issue for me personally. If they even just clean up the carpets, it would be a great important.

I had to go to Wedemark for a festival so I just stayed 2 days in the Hotel, great value for my money, considering I booked it 5 days before my flight to Germany

I think the options in the breakfast table could be a bit better, I didn't see too many people sharing the breakfast menu with me so I believe too many options would lead also to waste perhaps

The location at least

I had to spend extra money to go first to another hotel to pick up my room keys and then take another taxi to go to the hotel where I did the reservation because they didn't have a reception working... I could just have done the reservation in the first hotel if they let me know with time.... I they don't even care... really bad service

Close to the trainstation. Good for one nights sleep.
