the staff is friendly, the rooms are big and the location is great

Only good thing is the location.

The room was disgusting and the floor looked like it haven’t been cleaned for at least a month along with the bed and bathroom.

The off road parking was not ideal. The car having to mount a large kerb on a very busy road. I would not have been happy doing this in my own car.

Great and nice service. Everyone was really helpful and respectful. Overall hygiene was good.

The location was not great. There were bars in the street. So, a lot drunk people screaming at night. Curtains need to be changed and smoking in rooms left an unpleasent smell in the room. So, recommend to not let people smoke in the rooms or certain rooms.

The hotel needs to be refurbished, unclean, tiles and carpets need changing, needs better windows.My duvet was like a baby blanket.

Very nice hotel, the room was very big. The staff don't speak much English. The hotel is right opposite the tram / bus stop so it was very convenient.

The aircon was very low, according to staff that is how it is throughout the hotel. The lights weren't all working so the bathroom was quite dark.

The hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood , free parking free Wi-Fi and good breakfast with nice staff

it is very old , not clean we asked the room service to clean our room before we stay in it , bathroom is rusty and the bath top is very bad , wallpaper is coming out , room has dirty carpets

The room was nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was sensibly placed at the entrance. A prayer rug and a qibla round off the overall good picture in front of the hotel there are parking Slots The breakfast was extensive and nutritious. There is something for every taste. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our problem with the air conditioning was quickly addressed

The shower and toilet are in poor condition.

Breakfast was nice and the location also fine.

Facilities are not so good, bathrooms are tight and the closet cover was broken (i think my room was 205).

The breakfast was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable but a little bit old. We had a problem with one room and they gave us another one(truly with some trouble, but at the end we got it). The staff was ok, and the kindest one was a young doorman.

The woman from reception doesn't speak English, which is a little bit difficult because she needs to know at least a little bit (since she's working on reception). The towels were old, and they have to be changed.

Kinda close to the center of the city.

The extra bed we requested was of a very bad quality.The staff were not the politest.There was a weird smell coming from the toilets.

The receptionist, told her that we arw going out so please inform house keepingthe to makeup our room. Unfortunely either she forgot or she didnt understand english
