It was very clean & the people were cheerful and friendly. It felt safe to stay there. The bed was comfortable, too. The hotel appears to be in transition. The decor is old, & the pool had been drained, neither of which mattered to me.

They had mice and no heat in the room. Next morning asked if I could get sugar for my coffee, the lady said we don't have any people keeps taking it. No milk out for cereal so my grandson all there was for him to eat was these little little muffins.

The entire hotel is wheelchair accessible and the room was great. Breakfast and coffee bar was almost entirely accessible and the staff was willing to help with anything I couldn't do.

They didn?t even have the beds made. Had to find someone to bring us blankets. Had to take pictures of the original dog damage and show to staff so we didn?t get charged for it.

nothing, rude staff pushed his way into our room when they could have handed the hair dryer thru the door. He pushed the reset button several times. I ask it if he didn't think I could push a reset button.

The room was located by the exit and the stand for smokers was right outside the window. The smell came in through the vent. It was very noticeable when seated at the desk.

It took 30 minutes to check in when we arrived. There was one person working (very hard) but we had to wait a long time to get checked in.

The staff were very nice. The front desk woman made more coffee when it ran out 5 min before breakfast ended without anyone asking That was awesome considering she could¿ve just walked to an employee only area for 5 min. That and I really needed coffee.
