- Refused to stay due to poor management
- The wood floors were wonderful, felt like they were clean. The room was clean.
- Easy to check in and easy to extend. Clean rooms and convenient location.
Cons -
- No desk clerk, the maintenance man came in with soiled clothes when we used desk phone, then called a housekeeper down to take us to a room that was not ready! We were concerned re safety.
- They didn?t even have the beds made. Had to find someone to bring us blankets. Had to take pictures of the original dog damage and show to staff so we didn?t get charged for it.
- They were renting rooms to junkies, The management were yelling at all the guests and treating everyone like they were druggies
