- nothing, rude staff pushed his way into our room when they could have handed the hair dryer thru the door. He pushed the reset button several times. I ask it if he didn't think I could push a reset button.

Cons -
- I am 67 years old, they put me on the 2nd floor and this hotel has no elevator. I had to drag my suit case with my c-pap machine up to levels of stairs. When we showered the next morning we found the hair dryer didn't work. Rude staff brought us one.
- The room was located by the exit and the stand for smokers was right outside the window. The smell came in through the vent. It was very noticeable when seated at the desk.
- All of the employees could barely speak or understand English. The guy employee who checked me in stunk really bad with body odor. They charged me with a $100 dollars deposit after I already booked the room.
