Good value during Medica week when prices rise

Self registration was strange, but acceptable as it reduces cost and is not an inconvenience

Nice room, good bathroom. Very clean.

Annoying noice from traffic on the street. No breakfast, and key in a safebox outside, is not my favourite, but I suppose that I would have to pay a lot more if they had breakfast and reception service available.

They have the possibility of parking for free

There were no personnel at the reception and the main entrance was closed at 08:00 pm. The box with the keys was at the back entrance, where an ashtray made the space smell of cigarette smoke.The bed was hard and the pillow was too soft.

The error in room assignment was corrected quickly by email. Location was central, with amenities very close by. There was adequate space in the room and tea and coffee making facilities provided

There was no reception service and no food available.A room with double bed was assigned despite booking for two adults and a five year old. A child's bed would have been appropriate to provide

Bathroom and bedroom were good. Really liked the water heater. Location was fine too.

It was horribly hot. There was no aircon or any kind of fan and I had a room on the top floor (3rd floor). I did open the windows but that didn't help much and also brought noise from car alarms. All in all, I hardly slept unfortunately.Due to holidays I guess their breakfast was closed. some of the places nearby were also closed, so we had to drive to find a place for breakfast, luckily our meeting didn't start too early or we would have had a problem there..

I really enjoyed the breakfast, lovely way to start the day. Nice fresh selection of food. Also it covered a few hours, so you didn’t have to rush to get up! The breakfast staff were really friendly.

Cant complain about anything in particular really.

Great location for our trip to the Neuss area. Excellent bus service nearby and taxi if needed. Located in pleasant neighborhood, just 10 min walk to Kaarst city ctr. Staff are super helpful and attentive to our every needs. Great breakfast +WiFi .

No dislikes at this hotel - we will recommend it to all our friends.

nothing ! it’s sham to propose 4 stars for hotel without lobby and reception ! I can believe.., where is control of booking !

The most helpful and polite stuff we met. They answered all our questions and they have been extremely helpful. 10 stars for them!
