Cleaning little bit.. I can see spider nets over the coffee shop on top, also the mirror underneath were full of dust..For me ok, no issues, but just an advice for future clients

Terrible stay – absolutely unacceptable for a 4-star hotelThis was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Our stay started on 2 December 2025, and from the very beginning everything went wrong.First, our bathtub completely flooded on the morning of second day. We reported it immediately, but when we returned later that day, nothing had been fixed. The staff claimed there was “no record” of our complaint. Only after a long argument were we moved to another room, because the first alternatives they offered were much worse than what we had paid for.The next morning, we discovered that there was no hot water pressure, making it impossible even to bathe our baby. We were moved again to a suite, but even there we continued to have issues: the shower was leaking, hot water was often unavailable in the evenings, and in the mornings we sometimes waited up to 20 minutes for hot water.Despite staying for a full week, housekeeping never came even once. No one emptied the bins, replaced toilet paper, or restocked tissues — extremely unacceptable, especially when traveling with an infant who needs frequent diaper changes.Breakfast was exactly the same every single day, with zero variety.Service was absolutely terrible. We asked multiple times to speak with a manager, but every day we were told “he’s not here, come tomorrow.” Staff ignored our complaints completely. Even a simple request to move our baby’s crib to the new room was not fulfilled — we waited in the lobby for two hours with a sleeping baby while staff “couldn’t find the crib.”The level of disorganization, lack of communication, and total failure to provide even basic services is shocking for a hotel that claims to have four stars. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly advise avoiding it.

My room was clean and spacious.

My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. The interior of the building looked worn out and unkept. The facade of the building looked rundown

Room was clean and spacious. Good location. Very good breakfast.

The window was directly over the trash bin.

Staff was excellent.

Room was dirty. Everywhere there were dead insects and too much dirt . Nothing was fresh. It was just for a night to sleep so we adjusted. Swiming pool had cold water . Sauna was good. All showers at swimming area were broken. Overall it wasn't a great experience. Beds and sheets were not at all comfortable

Pleasant

When we arrived at the hotel the gate was open and we parked in the hotel’s parking. The next day when we checked out and drive through out the parking , the gate was closed and asked to paying 14€ to drive out !!!!!! I find this unfair and very sneaky for the customers especially if nobody inform us about parking charges.

I accidentally left my AirPods and a pair of expensive jeans in my room. I’ve contacted the hotel twice with no response apart from an email to ask me to leave a review.

Lovely quiet location but still easy access to motorway.

Just a little comment to say the air conditioning could be more effective but thankfully the evenings were cool enough.

Wonderful welcome by the staff very proffesional and quick, also the barman was spot on lad with a good taste of music u are lucky to have him

Calm, good beds, functional WIFI. Excellent breakfast.

Facility without charm. Requires upgrade. Long wait at check-in. Expensive parking.

Clean and rooms were spacious

In the middle of nowhere. Lacks some colour in its decor. Everything is grey. Staff on Reception were helpful but not friendly. No one smiled. You have to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke to get through the front door.

Location is perfect, clean and comfortable room

The hotel is the right location, ie close to the family we were visiting. The price was quite attractive given Mercure should be a nice hotel as such.

We were given a room where the shower didn't work/didn't produce warm water. We only found out late at night when my pregnant wife was stood under the shower after a long day. We were offered another room but it was too late for us to change so waited until the next morning. We had to pay 24 EUR per day for our dog which seemed excessive, especially given we only paid 65 EUR per night for the room. Parking at 17 EUR per day seemed expensive too. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience we suffered. There were hardly any guests in the hotel at the time so there would have been plenty of opportunity to treat us a little better.

very warm welcome at the reception on Wednesday evening November 13 at 11:30 p.m., however the receptionist confirmed to us that breakfast was included in the billing.. the next day arriving at breakfast, we were told that breakfast was not included in our billing, VERY POORLY RECEIVED by the breakfast person (person with a bun in their hair, a little old, and glasses) who is extremely unpleasant...... on the other hand very well received on Wednesday evening by Jean François catering manager...

The rooms were very big and nice. The breakfast was really good. There were so many things to choose from.
