Distance to the town, train station.Climbing the hill on the way back to the hotel.

We loved the view from our window, we could see the whole city. The room was also very clean and neat, as always.

The staff were very polite and kind, especially Mr. Marcio, who was working in the kitchen, he made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast was good but I think it could be improved. Maybe add some fresh fruit and some different types of eggs on request.

The breakfast is not great. The surrounding buildings are straight out of a war zone. The bar is also the reception.

The hotel was in an ideal place for us and easy to get to places.

Needed extra pillows and no tea making facilities

The hotel doesn't have that many facilities but is near a coffee shop and a great restaurant which compensates for it.

The overall area is hard on the eyes. The hotel is right in front of an abandoned construction site. Having said that once you are inside the hotel you feel safe and the rooms are excellent an the air conditioning is exceptional.

Relatively poor breakfast

Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were big and very confortable. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The room could have a mini fridge. Also the curtain in the shower makes it very difficult to have a shower.

Great space, good value for money, staff were really friendly.

Some signs of wear and tear like faulty light and limescale on shower head, shower curtains weren’t good quality

I loved staying in this hotel. From exceptional service and staff cordiality to amazing cleanliness of the hotel. Every single member of staff exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel by far. I’ve e been in 4 and 5 stars hotels and the services and staff were not this good. They changed clean and crisp sheets EVERY SINGLE DAY and cleaned spotless the room and bathroom. I needed hot water at night for my tea almost every night and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I needed to keep artisan stuff I bought in the fridge and they kept it for me. Always with a big smile and so much professionalism, day and night. They deserve a pay rise and they should work in 5+ star hotels. I regret I didn’t take any photos.

I liked the breakfast. The only downsize is the variety. But being a 3 star hotel one cannot ask for more. Very very clean throughout and the food fresh.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is good and has free parking. The breakfast was good but not great.

Location and garage!

Tiny shower with a curtain that sticks to your body when you’re showering! Same exact breakfast every day! Very ugly surroundings!

We didn't had any breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean spaces and plenty secure parking spaces.

The only issue was the mattress being to firm to the point of being uncomfortable.

It is clean and comfortable… and not too far from things . Has available parking . Friendly staff willing to assist

It's a chain hotel, you know what you get, no bad surprise.

During check-in I encountered a rather rude staff member but maybe he just had a bad day? The rest of my stay met my expectations.
