The pool and the stuff

If you leave the room the AC turns off and there was a heat wave with temps of 95-96 degrees during the day. We asked for fans but those were not available.

The breakfast was good. Friendly personnel and helpful owner. You can ask any assistance you need and the owner was ready to support you. The room was equipped with small cattle and big refrigerator.

I was in march -cold weather outside (there is air-conditioning wit heating option - but heating was not the best one) . No duvet on bed. Hotel very clean and super personnel.

Staff was very friendly, Rooms were clean and well kept. Location is perfect for JFC in Lago Patria. Breakfast is early and nice. Parking is convenient and secure.

There was no kettle in the room and no microwave

The room I had was big, with a small balcony, clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff is super friendly, helpful and parking is at the hotel, which is good. The hotel is close to the base, for NATO people, real close, now the hotel is in walking distance of a few restaurants, gives food options in the evening without using a car.

Here, two issues, the AC did not work, which made the room a bit warm, leaving windows or doors open did not work due to the moscito problem. The room was big, not too much furniture inside, no desk for work, the kitchen table works, but the kitchen chairs are uncomfortable. The internet connectivity was bad, you can maybe work on it, email and browsing, not much else.

We confirmed our reservations for 70€ a night. Upon check in we paid 735€ total for our stay from 26 (checked in at approx. 23:00) - 30 Sept. Just today I received an email with the additional charges that we paid, unknown why our rooms were charged at a higher cost then those we originally booked. Prompted from Booking.com could have caused the increase to the cost of the rooms by almost €20?? The hotel needs to invest in updates to its rooms, as they were very 'weathered' and shabby.

The pool is amazing, The rooms were cleaned daily (if you wanted) and fresh towels provided. The cleaning lady is also lovely staff were really Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good if you are a meat eater/veggie. The beach is lovely, though a long walk.A car is needed really for this location. The double bed was comfortable, sofa bed not at all. Some nice restaurants if you eat meat nearby. Less so if you are veggie/vegan or have any allergies

There was some confusion with the room. We had asked for 2 single beds (as travelling as friends) yet we're given a double. They did quickly swap rooms for us, but the second room had a sofa bed which was really uncomfortable. I had specified I was vegan and gluten free. Unfortunately I don't think people understand what vegan means. Would have been nice to have had vegan butter and milk. I realise it's not a common ask, but local shops stock all these. Gluten free bread would have been nice too. I was offered gf crackers and cake. Lots of places/restaurants nearby were closed completely or on holiday. Not a fault of the hotel of course, but a bit disappointing.

There was a pool and once you drive to the beach it is nice.

hard to find, run down outside, looks nothing like the pictures, broken toilet seat , dungeon of a room, I understood I paid for the week but the location was no going to work for our travels. I agreed this was my fault but asked the manager to work with me. I even agreed to pay for a few extra nights if they would refund 2 nights , and the manager agreed then. We stayed the night tried to check out next day and he just said no and would not work with me. I contacted booking.com customer service and heard nothing. The place was moldy smelling , broken toilet, sheets were dirty and ripped as you can see from the pictures very dark and dungy room.

We had a good sized room with a balcony and lake view.Breakfast is good with a large selection of food.The pool is good and there is free on site parking.There are 4 or 5 restaurants within easy walking distance.

There are no negative comments.Our stay was good.

The breakfast was good. The staff very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and pleasant.

Location was perfect for my daily commute to work, restaurants available just around the corner. The staff was amazing and always helpful

Not the first time I booked this Hotel, some improvements have been done but still shows the “age”

Convenient location not far from the airport and easy to find.Nothing fancy, the rooms are simple but spacious and the young staff is wonderful. Breakfast is ok. Parking is a plus. I would stay here again.

Breakfast, continental or English would meet the expectations, everithing is done just as you would expect for such facility. The pool was not in function, it is not the season yet. Room was good, OK for the money, just check the view before.

I had the room "on" the fire stairs accros the balcony, not a nice view. I would also preferre the softer mattress on bed, but this is purely individual feeling. The whole area around appears somewhat filthy, but then you realize that dowtown Napoli is even worse.

Staff was very helpfull. Location was close from the NATO headquarter.

The environment of the hotel isn't nice. A lot of trashes around the hotel. The breakfast was good but should have been better.

Staff were nice, friendly, helpful. Good and delicious breakfast. Bedsheets and towels were clean.

Hotel is very dirty and stinky. Because of lack of ventilation you can smell mold in the room, wardrobe and bathroom. Dust everywhere. Heaters are very old and super noisy, lack of maintenance, had to turn them off. I had a fridge in the room, which was dirty inside and very noise while working. It is marked 4* starts, but not even close to 2*. I even had to ask to replace toilet brush, which was broken. No respect to the visitors at all.

The manager and the staff are absolutely great. The breakfast is just what you need. The complementary espresso was a nice touch.

Breakfast - amazing, personnel - very friendly, I'll come here back.
