Good staff and simple room

Staff is welcoming and ready to help, certainly the best part of the hotel, a big thank you to them. Our room smelled awfully like limestone and moisture, they should ventilate more often. Was it clean? I hope. The bedsheets were fresh and dry from laundry. The furniture was all in all extremely out of date, i think the bed and the wardrobe was just as old as me. I've only seen an air conditioner like that, perhaps, in movies back in the 90's. The get-up - just a drama. Different from the TV "no signal", the Wifi worked. There was a mini-fridge, not sure if it worked though. Breakfast: Not the biggest choice, but the crossiants were very good - warm, fresh and tasty, the other stuff like cornflakes and drinks - ok. The dining room - a real thight fit.. The tables and seat places enough for maybe 1 or 2 coffee cups, but not for the breakfast, just uncomfortable. The spacious and secured parking lot is pretty nice. Location: quite far away from all the interesting sights, so the price is small compared to the other hotels in the surrounding area. To sum up: it fits as a 1-night Bed-and-Breakfast-and-Forget. The price is the biggest advantage - you just can't find any other place cheaper than this here, that's it. Not under any circumstances to recommend.

The staff were nice. Some could not speak English, but I was able to communicate via WhatsApp and Google Translate when needed. I loved that I could order breakfast as room service using a QR code and ordering on my phone. They could accommodate gluten free for the croissant only, and had soy milk as an alternative to regular millk. However, I wish there was protein served at breakfast! There were no options for that. The room was great and spacious. There is a patio, black out curtains, a nice shower, and cold air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised to stay at a nice hotel at an affordable price. I chose this place because of free parking and the price, and would stay here again! Thank you!

Noisy air condition.

Traveled to Italy for work at the Naples Navy base. We stayed here at Hotel Vogue for 2 weeks. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a decent location from the busy downtown Naples. If you're not use to how people drive in these small towns you're in for a surprise. LOL. We will stay here again for the next work trip to Italy.

It is super clean, easy to reach with a car and easy to park. The shower is fantastic and the bed is really comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Do not let the two star rating put you off. Great amenities close by

furniture is quite old, had a cigarette smell in a roomtricky to reach Naples if you are without a car as there is no public transport nearby.

Excellent service and excellent room service , warm people and we feel welcome at every step ,very clean room and romantic environment, I recommend the place , and another point for the easy parking spots ??

What a gem of a find. Do not let the two stars deter you. There is no way this hotel is only 2 stars. It is 4 stars!! Rooms are huge, we had the junior suite due to free upgrade offered through booking.com. Huge spa in our room, stunning bathroom, balcony, room service, fantastic fresh breakfast. Beautiful, helpful hosts. You must stay here. Little bit of a walk to restaurants. Parking included and very safe behind a boom gate.

We looked at 3 rooms, before we found one, that not smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was very friendly and made it possible, that we look at different rooms, after we told him, that we are not happy with the smell.Breakfast is on plastic plates with plastic cups. Also the breakfast room smells like water pipe smoke ;)

It was perfect. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was very tasty. It deserves more stars than it is having now.

The Wi-Fi connection was bad and also with public transport it was hard to get there

Breakfast excellent, although plastic plates not good for the environment, and dining space limited (although never an issue as many others choose to breakfast in their rooms). The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean.

It is really better to have a car, as noone walks anywhere, there are no pavements and it's quite far from the station.

I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi for one night. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean overall. The staff is kind and friendly, and also the breakfast is good.I wish I could stay one night more.

You can easily hear any noise coming from the other rooms. Having soundproof walls would make a perfect experience.Also, the walls around the jacuzzi could be cleaned better.

The first room we got was full of cigarette stench. They gave us another one which was not stinky. The receptionist was nice and tried to help.

Somehow I felt the rooms were not as clean as in other hotels/appartments we have been to.
