Hotel Premiere Pool & Resort

The Staff were very kind, helpful. The pool and the area around it were clean, very enjoyable. The breakfast was good, with many choices. The room was spacious and clean. The beach is a few minutes walk away.

Not many restaurants around it but you probably need a car anyway to get there.

we just coincided with tour of school children for 4 nights, they were making lots of noise all night but it is completely understandable because children are always deserve to be happy and to have fun, what could have been done for the hotel management is to inform us in advance, my suggestion is for the future school trips, please plan one floor for them and another for other guests. Thanks for everything

All positive reviews are either from a few years ago or were purchased by the hotel. First of all, we did not get the room we booked, because as we were informed by the hotel manager, our reservation was made 7 months in advance and they could not keep such a good room for us for the period we booked. It sounds nonsensical, but for the staff it was completely understandable. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and a balcony, at first we got a room without both of these things, and then only with a balcony in a lower standard. Secondly, the hotel has a lot of sick rules, which for some reason are very rigorously imposed on customers. Among other things, short duration of eating times, swimming caps at the pool (despite the lack of a lifeguard), staff following guests and forcing changes of sunbeds at the pool, or waiters asking during dinner to change tables despite the fact that you are sitting at a table for the right number of people. Thirdly, the food offered to guests is very bland and tasteless.  Breakfasts offer these rolls and two types of ham plus cheese, some fruit and sweet rolls. Lunches and dinners have a fixed menu with limited variety, which means that after a few days we did not feel like touching anything from the menu. The hotel staff speaks very little English, which makes solving any problems impossible. Fourth, the hotel is located behind a "cafe", which is actually a bar and operates until the morning, which makes the night time more enjoyable with the screaming of drunk partygoers. Fifth, none of the elevators operating in the hotel have certificates. We were there in August 2024, and the last technical inspections of the elevators were scheduled for October 2023 and were not performed - maybe it's my distortion as an engineer, but considering that the hotel management saves on something as important as user safety, a red light goes off for me. The only advantages of the hotel are relatively clean rooms and available parking for cars.

Nearby beaches are great.

We had to wait to check in for an hour.We had to wait for a breakfast 20min because the room was so small and there were too many people.The bunk bed was so squeaky that we decided to put mattresses for our children on the floor to get some sleep.Swimming pool only until 6pm.Breakfast definitely not in 4 start hotel standard.Someone added drinks to our room so we had to explain during check out and proof that we were paying for all our drinks and snacks.The whole are near Naples and hotel is very rough.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the main reason why we gave 8 out of 10. The pool was nice. The free shuttle was really helpful. The room was spacious and generally clean.The cost of the hotel was excellent for what you get. Definitely worth a stay despite my negatives! The negatives are there to just give constructive feedback to the hotel. It is far out but with the shuttle, it was a 40 min train into Naples. Very easy to achieve especially if you are driving like us. Nobody wants to drive into Naples... Look at the car parked there to see why lol.

The shower wasn't really a shower and the bath needs a deep clean.The Aircon didn't really work at night for some reason making sleep very uncomfortable in extreme heat. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on.Really struggled to sleep here. Aircon, showers and pillows need a look at. However, overall the hotel was lovely and I would stay again... Might just bring my own pillow and a fan.

The breakfast room was a little small and the food selection was also small. No option for evening food before 2000hrs.

We know the area as we used to live there, it was a nice trip back! Breakfast was OK. The pool was very good. Room was cleaned every day, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Aircon in bedroom was effective. Good value for money! We had a rental car and had free parking at the hotel. Good location as close to Naples, Amalfi coast, Rome, the beach etc.

No gluten free options for breakfast even though I emailed a month in advance. I bought my own bread from a local shop.I wished there was a kettle in the bedroom to make tea and coffee. The area is rough, but we know Varcaturo as we used to live nearby, and wanted to stay there, so didn't bother us. A four star in Naples is like a three star in UK, but fully acceptable as so affordable.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Thanks for the hotel staff for their related behaviour. Room is so clean and user friendly. If you will stay near varcaturo in Napoli, I offer them Hotel Premiere.

The swimming pool was good, the room and the breakfast were good enough. We had lunch and was ok.

Air conditioning was poor and it was very hot during the day and at night, it was difficult to sleep.A bulb was not working, where the suitcases were so we had to use the iPhone light to get clothes out of suitacses.It was mentioned to the receptionist but nothing was done.

Hotel premiere was a lovely hotel.It was very clean, the pool and surrounding area was spotless. We ( a family of 5) well and truly enjoyed out stay and spent a majority of the time splashing about in the pool.It was great value for money. ( the whole area seems considerably cheaper than naples/florence. The staff were very accommodating.. The cleaning staff in particular were very friendly. We really feel like we got a bargain.

Let me start by saying The hotel itself was great ?I would however recommend you have a car hired if wish to see the area Properly. There didn't seem to be much taxis available. But this was down to lack of research on our behalf ? the beach area is great with an array of cafes etc.. just the route from the hotel to the beach was a little rough ? ? about 15mins walk. Other than the hotel and beach there wasn't much else we could do without a car. But this suited us fine ?

Daily cleaning, Rita was great and smiling.

The hotel is in a remote area, to go to the center you need a taxi or shuttle bus to liquola station 20 mins .Also the staff in the reception are friendly however they don’t always provide a full information about tours and activities. We had to find out ourselves. No sound isolation.

Great value for money, pool was excellent

Some of the staff could have been more attentive, tables not cleared in the eating area, ashtrays not cleared after people left the pool area.
