A city centre hotel close to the station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with basic amenities. The breakfast has plenty of choice and very tasty.

The look of the hotel from the outside is a bit of an eyesore but once through the doors it’s a big improvement. The pillows were either lumpy or quite small.

There were no slippers provided, the receptionist (white bold man with beard) was very rude and when we asked for complimentary water he said that our room is standard so the can't offer water with slippers even though it's a 4-star hotel

Clean rooms! Friendly staff. Excellent bar man! The bar area was extremely busy on valentines evening. Alone he managed that whole section with a smile. Not everyday you see such a versatile bar man on duty. This hotel is close to city center. Will be back.

Clean and well presented

Major work taking place on the roads outside. Not the hotels fault but the noise was unbearable and early in the morning too.

We didn’t like that the sofa was extended as a bed and when my husband went to the reception to ask someone to make the “bed” into a sofa nobody came, they just tell him to make it alone because it’s easy. I didn’t like this, it was not that easy to make it a sofa again, very unprofessional staff

Nice room, spacious bathroom with good shower. Very good breakfast buffet with lots of choices!The hotel has a small parking, a few hundred meters away from the hotel.

Good location opposite the park. Nice foyer, bar and reception- decor is very pleasant.

No parking- you have to either park in side streets or in a car park 40 meters away costing €20.The room we stayed in wasn’t good- the phone wasn’t working so couldn’t call reception to report that the thermostat in the shower was broken and we got scolded by hot water. Once I went downstairs we were offered another room but the facilities were different ( no coffee machine). The extra bed which was made for my child blocked the opening of the fridge which we wanted to use, so no great either. We also had to pay extra for the dog, including a deposit and a city tax.

Near the train station, reasonable facilities.

The room had an odd smell

Location is good, less than 10 minute walk from train station and bus station and same from the shops street that takes you to the city centre. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff friendly.

Room was not so big for three people. Heating system was going off during the night for no reason, you had to re-start it every few hours

The heating system was broken for 2 nights and we were sleeping in our clothes. The answer from the hotel management was that there was no issue but they gave us a less than 10% refund as a"courtesy"

The property is close to the shopping centers. The staff was friendly and professional.The workout area was alright for a hotel.

The building is quite noisy. In our case, the room was close to the elevator so we could hear every guest passing by our door. The room was really dirty. Luckily, the bed was clean, but other then that, nothing really was. From fingerprints on switches to hairs scattered all over the bathroom. There was mold between the tiles and there was an awful scent coming from the toilet.The breakfast staff was very nice, but the area was also a little dirty even though there weren’t that many guests. All in all, we were disappointed by our experience. I would not rate this a four star hotel, but a three star at best.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Such a good find in the city. I can't recommend this place enough

The only downside is that the parking is very limited so we had to park in a different facility which is a bit of a walk. Otherwise this place is a steal.

The communication between hotel and booking.com, I was told I still hadn’t paid for the room even though I’d paid 10 days earlier
