We were in 1.1, directly above a bar/pub and loud music was playing until 2.30am (it felt like we were sitting in the bar), meaning we couldn’t get to sleep until the music stopped at 2.30am. The walls are also quite thin so we couldn’t hear people walking above us, talking and walking in the corridors. The toilet also had a remote for a bidet that was covered in grime.

Every time we visit antwerp we stay at this hotel. Very convenient, excellent service, nice neighbourhood and good food.

Nicely decorated hotel with up-to-date amenities close to the harbour where I had a business meeting. Breakfast was served at the table and was very good.
The receptionist doubles as a waiter in the restaurant, so the reception was often unnamed during the day. It took a long time to find someone for both check-in & check-out. We also had continuous trouble with bedroom door keys not working anymore (3 times in 24 hours), incl. when arriving the evening after dinner and reception being closed. Had to wait till my partner arrived a few minutes later to get into the building & the room.

Great hotel in a good location on the edge of the Marina, large comfortable room overlooking the marina, Breakfast was very good along with the evening meal, the staff were also very nice
