Location, comfort ,friendliness all were great in a location very close to the Central station.

We really enjoyed the room! The bed was super comfy and the room was cleaned really well. We also loved the breakfast and the selection that we had was fantastic! The breakfast was open for a good period of time and that really made the stay perfect!

If the hotel bar could have stayed open for longer that would have made the stay even better.

Great stay in Antwerp. Very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent location close to everything. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious, but above all the kindness of the staff from the concierge to the workers in the restaurant and as cleaning service.

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

While requesting for creating a membership with Hyatt to accrue the points for my stay, I came to know to my surprise, that I cannot accrue points since I have not made the Reservation directly with the Hotel and reserved through Booking.com.The other hotel brands have provided the membership and accrued the points for my stays for the reservations made through Booking.com unlike Hyatt.

It was great, staff were friendly, the amenities were great as well and the location is perfect! Cocktails and bar bites are also good.

The bed...it is way too soft. Perhaps a personal choice, but I did have a good nights rest.

I liked the location- it is next to the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The rooms were large with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was good too. At breakfast our waiter Gino was lovely, efficient and professional

The breakfast was not great. The eggs had been kept warm and were tough, and the waffles were awful. The continental breakfast was very good though and the pastries were delicious.

The room was great. We were in the side that gives a view of the offices. The breakfast was fantastic. The walk to the city center was easy.

Parking was a little confusing

Me and my family really enjoyed our 2 nights here. The rooms were very clean, the beds super comfortable, the breakfast had many options and everything was very tasty, and the staff members were all kind and helpful! The best part: it's literally out of the station so if you are arriving by train it's ideal!

Lovely lobby with bar and lots of seating. Great bedrooms with huge comfy beds and good facilities. Nice gym with a view on 11th floor!

We love this hotel ! The staff, comfort, location, bar and restaurant. This was our second visit and certainly not our last!

We cannot think of anything that could have been better - and we are quite fussy!

The location is amazing. Very good rooms, spacious and comfortable.Delicious breakfast.

Check in was not as expected. The room was not quite ready and the receptionists claimed that the system was down. But, that didn’t last long.The annoying part was about items consumed from the minibar by others but the price was kindly removed understanding that it was not us.There seemed to be miscommunication between the restaurant and the reception about payment but case was resolved during check out.Staff were generally very nice but some still lack the necessary experience and public relations fundamentals especially those related to customer satisfaction.

I enjoyed the food and facilities in the hotel. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade, the room was spacious enough even for a family.

The only thing that needed to be picked up is I found a used water bottle left on the main counter and forgotten to be thrown away.

Neighboring room was very loud and someone tried to get into our room after midnight presumably by mistake. Complaining to the front desk (night shift) achieved nothing. They claim to have called the neighboring room but did not ensure the noise stopped. Given this experience, we believe there should have been a reasonable credit/refund for the room charge. The hotel claimed they could do nothing as the reservation was made though Booking. Resolution outstanding with Booking.com.

The ease of access to the train station and centre. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating as when we arrived before check in time, they kept our luggage for us, served us great coffee and homemade hand shaped biscuits, gave us great help on where to visit and how to get around, looked up details for transport to our concert venue later that night, they were super friendly. The downstairs bar is so inviting, lush plants, plush interiors and a lovely ambiance.bedroom was spacious, huge bed and lovely shower.(Great water pressure)

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel, it was cheaper than others in the area on the weekend I was there.
