Pros +
- in city location with garage available (but not free, add 16 euros)
- Very Disappointing Stay. Not Recommended
- It was very modern, and clean, and not too far from the train station and Bier Central where I met friends. Walking that area after dark is a bit dodgy but I did it at 2300h and it was fine. Also, having its own parking garage is a huge advantage.
Cons -
- non advertised fee for garage Internet is free for 15 minutes only. This too is not advertised. rooms are old and smelly. Again actual condition is not comparable to photographs on website. Overall, a very misleading presentation on website.
- I had a bad experience at this hotel. It’s right on a busy main road, so there was constant noise from cars and sirens all night. I booked a double bed but was given a twin room, and the receptionist said there were no doubles available. When I asked to upgrade to a suite, I was told it was too expensive and he have no time for that because he have to go home, very unprofessional. They also called me during work just to ask what time I’d check in because the hotel “closes” at 5 PM, which was strange. The 250€ deposit for one night was excessive, and during checkout, the receptionist made me wait while he checked the room for any missing items before giving the deposit back in front of other guests, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.Overall, the staff were not helpful or welcoming, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
- My room was right by the elevator and got a bit noisy but didn’t last long.

Room was clean , functional and fresh
Good breakfast, the parking space is easy to access, the location is a little bit far away from the central but still okay. The room is super clean and tidy!
Clean, very kind staff, perfectly located for my needs
All
This hotel is OK, The staff is very nice and friendly!A lot of places to eat and supermarket are close to the hotel
I didn't understand when I was ordering that both double beds are in the same room, that was not comfortable
Located on a very noisy street with old drafty windows, outdated furniture. Walking distance to the central station and
One day stay was enough.
Needs to be update a little bit. But the service was terrible. No real eye contact or respect shown. It was as if we were bothering them. We were only trying to check-in and check out. Also they sent us to the most expensive parking garage even though there was a cheaper one right around the corner. A bit deceiving.
Bad
The staff is working only 8-17:30 and after that people do what they like. Smoking drinking hotel rooms, the workmen’s make very heavy sound at 02:00 clock. And morning we decided stop our vacation earlier because safety reason, and check out.
Spacious and clean. The laundry room was a bonus.
Helena made my check in simple. She received me warmly. She upgraded my room from standard double bed to Studio.
I didn't like a whole lot of things.1. I had to leave a €250 deposit. I was told that this would be refunded the following day when I check out. I checked out and it wasn't. I've now been told that it will be refunded next week because I checked out before the reception opened at 8:30am! I had to travel to work so had to leave early! 2. Inside the hotel, everything looks extremely outdated in a very bad way. It's very different (worse) than the pictures.3. The curtains in my room looked like they needed ironing badly.4. Below the windows, there were structures that were falling apart and had holes around them. I felt so uncomfortable I thought some massive rats would come into the room at any given moment.5. Behind the microwave, the wall looked disgusting. It wasn't painted properly and looked dirty. Everytime I use the microwave I was "forced" to look at it. Simply disgusting. Difficult to maintain one's appetite to eat. 6. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.7. To use an iron and an ironing board, I had to make a deposit of €50! I refused, out of principle because I found it ridiculous. I wore my crumpled clothes to work. This hotel should close down immediately, refurbish the entire place and adopt modern hospitality services. I won't be going back until then.
the space, the staff, the helpfulness.
Bad
Unfortunately, I cannot write a good review about this hotel. I had the worst experience, I endured an indescribable cold, but this wasn't the worst thing. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, the room was full of mold, I will attach pictures for to show you what my skin looks like thanks to these insects. I don't understand why they ask for a deposit of 250 euros considering the deplorable conditions.
The setup of the apartment was nice. It was spacious and for a short stay good. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night. We didn't use the kitchen, it seemed functional but small.
it smelled like food everywhere, the room was super hot and the AC didn't work. The breakfast was okay,.Hotel is next to a main road so it was really loud during the night,
The breakfast wasn't really much of a continental but the location was good. Hotel is clean with cheerful staff.
Once we gained access we enjoyed our stay and if in the area again we would stay here again
We couldn’t work out how to get our key out of the box and the help button no one answered after more than fifteen minutes and it took an hour of phone calls before we managed to sort it out with the help of another guest from the hotel
The apartment is spacious, and the location is convenient. Parking seemed secure enough.
Traffic is laud, and there are some whistling sounds coming from the construction site across the street. Unfortunately, it is hard to get a good night sleep as those noises do not stop.
The staff was very friendly
Communication was terribleRoom got cancelled a day before, needed to book it again for a higher price. Requested a double bed but got 2 single beds.
