This modern hotel is in an excellent location next to the Central Train station and shopping district but the street itself is quiet. Loved the large size full suites with everything needed to cook/eat in the room. The gym and laundry were great assets. Would definately stay here again and loved Antwerp as a destination.

The staff kept turning off our room heating to save electricity and our room was freezing

It was spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchenette along with the fridge. It felt like a functional and high efficiency studio that allowed for a work space and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was also very wonderful and the complimentary coffee/tea was nice too.

The tub could stand to be a little wider but otherwise everything was great.

The location was perfect.

The toilet door was facing the bed and was right next to the bed. The floor and table were not wiped when we entered the room. There were still crumbs on the table, and the furniture was dusty. There was an electricity black out in the morning, and it took them a few hours to fix it. A family was stuck in the elevator, and no staff was even there to calm them down. No staff even cared to explain anything to guests. At the stairs of emergency exit, some floors didn't even have light. It was completely dark, had to hold onto the walls and search for the exit door with your hands.

I had a very pleasant stay at PREMIER SUITES Antwerp. The location is unbeatable literally steps away from the Central Station and within walking distance of all the major shopping areas and sights. The apartment itself was very spacious, modern, and clean and the staff were professional and welcoming. It's a perfect base for exploring the city.

The only reason I’m giving an 8 instead of a 10 is that the shower hose was broken. It had a leak which made the water pressure quite low and sprayed a lot.

Excellent location close to Railway station, supermarkets, restaurants and main attractions, but still very quiet, as located in a side street. Well equipped studio unit for our purposes, with a small frig and coffee making facilities. Laundry facilities are provided free of charge.

One of the washing machines had a defective program, but when this was reported to staff, it was attended to promptly. Wifi was a bit weak intially but repaired the nest day OK.

They never accept my confirmed BOOKING.COM Reservation.They said that they are over booked.That was not my problem.I called BOOKING.COM customer service. But the never help

The room itself was was clean and spacious

The shower didn't function properly with it constantly changing between hot and cold water and the building, apart from our room luckily, had a nasty smell as if a toilet had backed up with sewage.

Close to the center

The entire bathroom gets wet due to the shower; poor quality of the materials in the bathroom; the shower doesn't heat up properly.

Air condition old dirty rat night can’t sleep it very hot while 4nights stayed here. Bathroom have smelly bad, shower water flow hot then cold then hot cycle , possible water pump return have problem time to fixing.Room did not clean for 4days duration staying.

Position, rooms were great, very comfortable!We also had a great treat with 2 connecting rooms.

Just minor things: The shower head was leaking (room313), also the water would drip on the floor after the shower.Soap was missing from the shower dispenser

The location is great. The rooms are big, you have enough space.

The rooms weren’t ready in time, the staff was not very kind and they said we could get a discount for the parking Diamant but they didn’t gave it.

The location was great. Only about a 5 minute walk to the station. The rooms were spacious.

- On check in, the staff was rude and insisted that we had not pre-paid and only when another staff member intervened and checked again did he realise he was wrong. However, still did not apologise- The bathroom had a lingering sewage smell- Post check out i forgot 2 shirts hanging in the cupboard and I had emailed and WhatsApped multiple times over the course of 2 weeks after check out with no response. They were also unable to locate these shirts which is a little strange considering on check in the staff at reception boasted about how ‘our staff have 15 years of experience and are trustworthy’

Only the location was good

WiFi was not working all along the stay ( 3 days), the AC in the room was most of the time not working, the room didn't seem clean and was dusty when we checked in, we booked two rooms at the same rate but one of the rooms was smaller than the other, the staff was never eager to help and in any question we had they answered that they have no idea (for example parking around the hotel), the water pressure in the shower was not good....

Decent bed. Central location.

Wifi was down for 90% of my stay which was about 36 hrs. May not be their fault but when I asked about it, I was dismissed like I was bothering them.It's 2025. Get your wifi together...

The airconditioning didn't work.

I had a smart, clean, comfortable room, but the aircon was faulty. PS moved me to a different and equally well appointed room with no fuss.

The bar closed too early in the evening!
