Radisson Blu Hotel, Antwerp City Centre

Great breakfast, fantastic pastries. Kudos to hotel's chef, kitchen and dining hall crew. Room with rounded window and Radisson Awards members treatment.

It’s a very tired hotel. The plumbing is old and worn out, and the housekeeping standards are mediocre at best. The property is in clear need of renovation.

Paid parking , fridge( empty mini bar in the middle of the room), tv didn’t work

It was a great stay. Great location. We were 3 people but there was only 1 dental kit. Rest everything was great.

Rooms and bathroom was ok. The lifts are quick but bit old.

The receptionist upon arrival was not open to speaking English as i approached her in English. She went on in Dutch til asked if she spoke English.The carpet leading to the rooms was dirty. We had asked for a room with the city view when booking but we weren't provided nor informed that it wasn't going to be possible.The bar closes at 11pm. Too early for such a big hotel.At the entrance,/front doors, there are stairs to go through but no flat hilly pavement for wheelchairs, the disabled or to roll your suitcases on. We only discovered the little lift on the side of the entrance the day after.Windows at the entrance were dirty as well.

Requested a change to a twin room from a double room which the hotel were able to accommodate immediately, An exceptional hotel, friendly staff and would highly recommend.

Amazing value for money, the staff here were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the location was brilliant. I highly recommend it.

The sauna. My son loved the pool :) Breakfast was great. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. The location was excellent & would definitely stay again!

The fridge in the room wasn't usable, as it didn't close properly.

The room and view was beautiful and the breakfast was really nice. There was a wide range to choose from.

I didn't like that the parking is not included in stay and we had to pay 25€ extra and also the pillows was really hard and my boyfriend couldn't sleep the whole night.

The sound insulation from the rooms to the corridors is terrible. We were woken up several times in the night

Getting old , no hot water

People in bar area loud and fighting The place looks very dated and it shows in the rooms and bathroom

The location was great! Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, ample options, clean/neat presentation.

I really didn't like the cleanliness of my room/apartment. I switched from my first room, as upon entry there was an unpleasant scent throughout the room and poop stains in the toilet. My second room was better, but the cleanliness unfortunately, was also not up to par. The furniture also needs to be updated as they are full of scratches, not a good look.

Location from central station and next to chocolate nation and Chinatown was good

The shower mixer didn’t work so the water temperature fluctuated from scalding to cold. Room smelt of off milk when we entered and there was rubbish under the bed. Restaurant was under renovation so there was 24hr room service but that didn’t include any kind of dessert and there were no options nearby late at night.

Clean rooms

Booked the city view, for the city view, but ended up without a view and was told this was ‘only on availability’. Also, a lot of normal room bookings were upgraded and did get this. So a bit weird we were so overcharged.

Extended one day, was told internet booking price matched with loyalty club application and free breakfast included. Breakfast service declined to us, no explanation from staff the next morning. No resolution offered.

Perfect for a business trip - couldn’t fault it and the breakfast was truly exceptional

I had to change rooms when I got there as my room hadn’t been cleaned. But this was rectified very quickly by getting an upgrade.
