The location was great ? A trust bar. Although we didn’t use it , I liked to the concept .

Very narrow stairs. I didn’t realise when I booked that it was a self check in hotel. The mattress bed linen felt it could use an update !

I really liked the decoration.

The wi-fi and the pressure of water was a little poor.

The accommodation is modern, well appointed and stylish. Breakfast was exceptional.

We would have preferred a door on the en suite bathroom.

Although the staff member is only at the premise in limited period of time. She is available to answer phone soon and provides assistance.

Upon the date of arrival, a construction work took place right in front of the hotel.

There was no breakfast

It was difficult to find. It was an unmanned hotel. It was a converted house with very narrow staircase and difficult to bring a suitcase up it. Perhaps it was the fault of Booking com but I had not received a text message with my access details for the hotel. No was it clear from the description on the booking com that it was one of these non manned hotels. I absolutely hate these types of hotels

Very pleasant staff and helpful communication re check in.The room was comfortable. The highlight was the shower with no less than 5 different ways in which it could be used.

We thought that our room cost included breakfast - which was really good with freshly cooked eggs - however the additional €50 for the two of us made this an expensive stay.

We got checked in early.

There is no elevator in the building, and the staircase is very narrow and steep. We stayed on the 4th floor, and climbing up was a real challenge every time, especially for me as I suffer from asthma. It would have been helpful to be informed about these features during the booking process, as it can be important for people with health limitations.

Beautiful and well presented room with lovely walk in wet room. Staff seemed friendly when we saw them.

It was a key entry system with often unmanned entrance so not really a hotel as such. Breakfast was 25 euros which seems extraordinarily expensive. We didn’t have it as we have food allergies so not sure if it was worth it. It may well have been?? Toiletries in the room are pretty basic. Shampoo is the shower gel in the dispenser so probably best to bring your own.

This huge town house has been renovated beautifully. Decoration modern but has kept some of the original features. Breakfast was gorgeous and specially prepared for whoever books.

The only thing to note is the narrow staircase upstairs and lots of flights if you are on the top floor like us. Note there is no lift. It is not the fault of the hotel but there is a large renovation going on next door. It didn’t impact us in any way but you need to be aware of it (and the hotel did let us know in advance).

This is a unique hotel for those who want peace and privacy. very stylish. very unusual. The hostess is unreal. The department left me the key. wrote a nice letter with greetings. very comfortable bed. very clean. There is a nuance that you should know. The hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities or people with large luggage and is not suitable for travelers with children. very steep and narrow stairs. I left my large suitcase downstairs because it was impossible to lift it. this is a wonderful hotel. Suitable for the traveler traveling light, for a business meeting or on a short trip.

The room is lovely and the shower is very innovative! The customer service is amazing and the location is super.

easy access, nicely designed, comfortable bed, outstanding bedsheets, cool shower, well designed layout, quiet, although central, would have loved to stay longer.....

The house was carefully renovated, the interior beautifully decorated. The host make you feel welcome from the very start. We loved the trust and openess.

The place is amazing, the couple who is running out are great. They have a lot of suggestions and tips for our staying in Antwerp. The room is incredible, really good for the value.
