It?s very, very dated

Everything was ok. Would’ve been...

Bathroom was a bit janky. Rust on the base of shower door and half the screen didn’t exist. Fine but not great.

The room was spacious.

The room. was not ready. We didn't have towels, amenities, a heater,a bathmat etc...

The receptionist with the tatu guy he was acting like we were a drug dealer he start to count things that we hear it first time in our life we are a business man we were there for a business , he said we can not smoke , we can not use drugs in the hotel and he start to count things like he want to mean something to us or he looks us suspicious which i don’t like the attitude

everything 、 it stank and the keycard didnt work and no one helped

Smells of cigarettes in the room, mold in the bathroom, broken shower cabin…

The location and the size of the room and bathroom. Something like small apartment.

The air conditioning didn’t work properly. There were two small appliances, the one didn’t work at all the second worked.l, but the room was warm.

The accommodation exceeded expectation because the room was large and comfortable. Special highlight to the location, as it is close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions and downtown. We really appreciate the staff for the whole support and friendly behaviour.

Nothing in special. Everything ran smoothly. Nice staff and very good location.

Breakfast was fine

I don't know where to start. The hotel is poorly lit & ventilated from the inside. When walking down the corridors it feels like you are walking into a dungeon. The bathroom was out dated and had an open ventilation hole in the wall. The carpet was gross and the windows were dirty.

The phone in my room didn’t work. It had no dial tone so I couldn’t call downstairs to reach the reception desk. The heater didn’t work neither. Every time I turned on the heater, it ran for a couple minutes then it shut off by itself.

All locks broken, both entry door and terrace door. Douche door doesn't exists.

BEDBUGS!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!! ADMINISTRATION HAS TO MAKE VERY STRONG CLEANING TO DESTROY BEDBUGS!!! It’s a disaster!!!!We saw a bedbugs in room but didn’t pay attention on that too much during our 1 night stay. BUT next days all our bodies were covered with red snaps with very severe inching across all body!!!!! This is very unprofessional to have BEDBUGS in HOTEL!!!

Nice, big room with bath, great location middle in the centrum

Bedbugs in my bed! Saw one after it bit me. I immediately left the hotel. They knew and said: "we're working on it."Old or dirty furniture and sheets old, had tiny holes.Dirty windows.

There was not even one thing to like about this place

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smells terrible, has no windows, and there is absolutely no air circulation. There was no housekeeping service, no soap, or basic amenities provided. The air conditioner was not working and room was not clean.

the only positive thing was when my 1st room was without a lift (despite the lift promised in the ad) and my second room's lock didn't work, lights not working in bathroom, window not closing, no remote for the TV... there was a solution: the reception clark found be a 10x better & bigger room, with lift, with lock on door & window, even with a bath (wow!). so he did his best to improve my stay - that is good! also the central location is good.

no working lock on room door & window. no light in bathroom - substituted with simple cable standing (hardly!) lamp which is obviously danger to safety in the bathroom. no working inhouse phone. no remote for TV = TV not working. Some sockets fastened with gaffer tape. For people who want breakfast - there wasn't any in house. Hotel is from a previous era.

Location was great

It smells like smoke, the room wasn't dirty but definitely not really clean, and and the staff act like they're not paid enough to deal with anything but check in and check out

I like the fact it’s a one minute walk to domino’s, McDonald’s is near. Shopping street everything is literally outside the hotel.

It isn’t dirty but the lock in the door for example was broken, luckily though without a keycard nobody can enter in either way. You can tell not everything is new but for £50 or €60 it’s definately worth staying for the night. If you want luxury I wouldn’t call it luxury but it’s comfortable. Probably will book again!

Bed comfortable

Room wasn't very clean and neither the bathroom. The shower was broken too.

Last minute availability

Room was very cramped , very warm, air von not working, although there was a fan to blow around hot air. No available parking, let alone disabled parking.
