Very good location, very close to the metro, close to KMSKA museum, in a walking distance to the city center, friendly staff, nice quiet safety environment. Room was very clean.

Building with character. Although we did not take breakfast, the owner allowed to take coffee at no charge. Nice gesture. Easy entrance with bluetooth. Great beds. Pleasant communications

It should easy to kick up the sense of luxury a nodge. But it is not strictly necessary.

This is my second time booking the Hotel and still TV issues... my first booking the TV wasnt working in the room and my second stay no TV channels were available i couldnt watch TV

I really recommend this hotel. My room on ground floor was spacious and comfortable. Staff were fantastic .The breakfast was superb. And the dining room was just beautiful.

Unfortunately the rooms do not match the beautiful interior of the lobby and dining room but they were comfortable and spacious enough

During my stay the TV wasnt working which was supposed to be fixed before any guest books in but they didnt and i had to stay like that without the TV functioning.. that was the only bad experience i had

I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. A great place for a comfortable stay!

The location was well situated for some walks to see the city. The lobby area had a nice feel and there was a fridge in the room & a water kettle. Our room had a screen on the window which was very necessary to get air without mosquitoes coming in

The nice lobby area was closed at night. They locked the door so you could only go to your room. The rooms were a bit dated.

Extremely beautiful 1st floor reception and breakfest room. Spacious room with pleasant beds. Its a noisy street but the room comes with earplugs. Friendly staff and the location is great for exploring Antwerp if you don`t mind walking. Great value for money.

The entire hotel is pretty worn, which despite its charm when it comes to the building also shows in the bedding (holes) and bathroom. We didn`t mind it and actually like it better than something new and anonymous, but you have to be open for it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The buffet breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Would have been good to get a heads up on how to use your mobile and links to gain access. First time for me to use this method.

The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the historic center. If you don't feel like walking, there are bus and tram stops across the street. My room was spacious and clean. The sheets and pillowcases were spotless. There was a mini-fridge, a capsule coffee machine, tea, and a TV. Bathroom amenities were adequate. The windows could be opened. Dear Turks, there were hotel slippers.

I chose and paid for a superior room with a balcony. However, it was on the ground floor and didn't have a balcony. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she said there were two superior rooms, one with a balcony, and the one with a balcony was occupied.How could it be occupied? I'd booked yesterday, and someone else had the room today. I didn't think things like this would happen in Belgium. It wouldn't happen in Bruges or Ghent either; everything was fine. I chose the room with a balcony because I'm a smoker, and smoking is prohibited in historic buildings. Of course, smoking isn't the only reason. I also want a balcony in a room without air conditioning or a fan to stay cool, enjoy the city views, and reduce street/car noise. The hotel is good, but I will never go back. Besides, I paid the same price. I don't understand why they betrayed my trust.

Great size of the room and there was plenty of tea and coffee in the room to make hot drinks.

The room didn't have air-conditioning and being very hot it was uncomfortable. There was no lift and with the room being on the second floor, taking up all our things was a bit hard going. The front door to the hotel was unlocked, so security was short of expectations.

I love the rhustic feel of the place, like going to visit your grandparents! Everything was nice and clean, the double room I stayed at was roomy and cozy. I bought the beakfast and it was a small, but very high quality selection!

I had a shower in the morning and the water was a little cold to my taste and wouldnt get any hotter.

Well organised. Spacey room. Quiet. Excellent breakfast.
