The room was very nice and clean. I was happy with the size and the bathroom area. I heard little from the outside (on the 1st level and on New Years Eve) and little from the hallway. I was very pleased with the breakfast. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful, especially the staff working in the breakfast area. I confused the breakfast ending time and we arrived as they were shutting down breakfast. They couldn't have been more pleasant making sure we had a coffee bite to eat even though it was my mistake. The room was slightly small, but smartly designed and very comfortable. The lobby, bar and breakfast area were very nice, comfortable and relaxing. Perfect location--everything was very walkable.

My only wish was there was water, glasses, and coffee and tea available in the room. All were available in the hotel bar/lobby or breakfast area and were excellent. I am just a person who likes to start my morning off with a coffee first thing.

We liked the location within easy walking distance from the center, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely.

Our room was rather dark and didn't have a lot of options for managing suitcases (a stand, for example).

Great trendy hotel, amazing location. Only a few minutes from the city centre. Great breakfast and super clean and modern rooms! If I will travel to Antwerp in future I know already which hotel I will book!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Location was great. A few block walk and you find yourself in the main city square. Cleanliness, staff, room, bed, lounge. All super.

The location was convenient.

Breakfast is not included. The stairs were a bit odd. We had to go down and then up.

Great price, walking distance to Zuid-area and the Cathedral. Great friendly service all round and very good cocktail bar, that makes you almost forget to leave the hotel. A lot of space in the reception / bar area if you have to have a meeting or work remotely. Comfy bed and checkout at 12, what else can someone wish for?

We loved the staff from the room cleaners, breakfast to the front desk. They were very friendly (genuine) and super helpful. Ellie on the front desk spent time orienting us to Antwerp and taking in some of the non tourist areas, especially on Sunday, the grand market, birds and flower market ❤️. The staff at breakfast treated us like family. Super breakfast choices?.A wonderful and relaxing stay at Motel One. We felt very well looked after.

It would be convenient to have a phone in the room or a way to contact the front desk for questions, instead of having to go down in person. Or did I miss a phone.

Atmosphere

No coffee maker, no free coffee in lobby and rooms were warm.

The hotel is brand new and super modern, which was a nice touch. The location is fantastic - it's just a stone's throw from the historic center, making it perfect for exploring.The room was clean and well-equipped, despite being on the smaller side. The bathroom was compact, but had everything we needed.

The hotel's insulation is generally good, but we did notice some noise from the neighboring rooms' toilets, which was a bit annoying at night.However, the shower design could be improved, as it's hard to avoid getting water everywhere due to the limited protection from the glass wall.The breakfast buffet was okay, but a bit pricey considering the limited number of seats on a busy period. On the bright side, the parking garage is a convenient option, although it's worth noting that spots need to be reserved in advance and come at a premium price.

What a great hotel! Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is spectacular and near everything you want to see and do. We really enjoyed all the public spaces of the hotel including the lounge. It was the perfect place to sit after a day of exploring and take it all in. The parkade was wonderful to have access to. It’s secure, clean and great to have onsite.

No phone or water in the rooms. Very bare bones for a luxury property

The staff, especially the reception desk, was very friendly and helpful.

The only two very minor flaws I noticed were: one O-ring was missing from the shower head, and it leaked some water from the handle, but it wasn't a big deal and I forgot to mention it to the reception desk; and holders for hand towels are awkwardly placed underneath the sink, instead of somewhere in the level of one's hands.

Convenient location, nice and comfortable room. Many good restaurants nearby (I.e., Yuca Latina).

Booking.com seemed to jack up the price in comparison to the rate offered by the Hotel directly.
