Kind front desk staff. Generous breakfast buffet. Steam, sauna, and indoor pool. High floor room has nice sky and city views. Functional room: spacious desk, coffee machine, nice bathroom, etc. Free parking. Lovely wooded park just a 5-minute walk away.

Housekeeping was delayed in cleaning common spaces, including pool locker rooms, elevators, and halls.

There is no direction when checking in about key entry. If you are from the US, we don't use our key card to operate the lights, elevator, and other places you can use the card. Not convenient for two people. One person is left in the dark

Looked everywhere, room, carpet , elevator, restaurant, front desk, wifi all tip-top,could not find anything needing upgrade. Great!

The staff was so friendly and the hotel had a lot to offer in regards to service (bar, restaurant, snack bar)

While it was a great hotel and close to the subway, it felt pretty far from downtown.

Extremely convenient location- bus stop right outside! The public transit was pretty awful, but at least it was close. I absolutely loved the pool- GREAT!

The guys at the reception were super helpful and very polite. We had one more person joining us on a short notice and they switched us from a single queen to a two doubles room without any problems.Also there was a free parking on the street.

I enjoyed the private parking and the access to the restaurant. The water filters are a nice touch and the breakfast was amazing. The staff members are very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the pillows; they were far from comfortable. However, the real issue was the spa. The sauna smelled of sweat, and not all guests were using towels. I understand that some people may not be aware of the rules at first, but I believe hotel management could display a clear set of rules at the entrance or, as in other places, occasionally check on guests.

Reception staff were very thorough in their booking in process. They were also very efficient, friendly and courteous. They were helpful in answering any questions.

At peak times it was a long wait in the queue to get answer to a simple question. At times they seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests arriving. The swimming pool was too cold.

The staff were rude and abrupt and very unhelpful and sarcastic. Almost felt like it was because we were Asians.

Was only a single night stop over to break up our driving / travel and we arrived late. Beds were comfortable and staff were in general friendly. Location was what we booked for and it worked well. Breakfast was tasty and good.

Room was super hot when we got in as heating had been turned up to the max. As we arrived late and wanted to go to bed straight away, we had to open the window all night to cool it down (it was late December). The lady greeting at breakfast was rude, unfriendly and not helpful. It was busy but that is no excuse for a 4 star hotel given the price of the rooms. Overall felt expensive given the price,.room experience and level of service.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating for any requests. The location was perfect for the Expo. Breakfast was amazing and the food in the restaurant was really good. The restaurant staff were also extremely accommodating for any food allergies. The towels and robes were really nice and there was a lot of hot water which was really great. The beds were fairly comfortable. We also had an excess of pillows which was really fantastic. The room size was perfect for two people and there was adequate closet and storage space.Comfy bathroom.

While the staff were quick to make any adjustments, window wouldn't window shut properly, door to the room was stuck when we checked in, and something with the window made the wind whistling really loud overnight.

The mattress was so hard that I didn't sleep. And it was noisy because of the highway.

Clean and comfortable beds, good coffee machine, great amenities,wellness centre open to all guests. 24/7 beautiful reception desk with great people!

Sink faucet was a bit hard to adjust, the windows didn't open at all and you can hear outside noise a little bit.

The location is near many parks and it can be reached very easily via a highway. The location was important to us since we visited friends who live nearby. The drive to downtown only took 15 Minutes by car.The parking lot has ample parking spaces.The hotel is relative good value for money.

The rooms need a renovation. The water from the shower drained very slowly so that I had to pause a shower so that the water could flow out. The doorknob in the bathroom does not open the bathroom door when the bathroom door is closed from inside. It can be very dangerous if it accidentally is closed from the inside and and not other person is in the room to open the bathroom door from the outside.
