Rooms are very nice, even if a bit too dark. Enough space and all equipment you need. Breakfast was just great, very exceptional.

The pillows are so thin and uncomfortable. The rooms are not really sound protected .. .you hear evething happening at the corridors. Couldn't really sleep.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and great the hotel is so lovely to our dogs! Great also with charging facilities for our electric car. Great breakfast aswell.

Bedroom was quite dusty and the bathroom a little worn but not too bad.

No welcoming lounge area, our room remained cold even with heating on, drinks service at dinner was very bad, food and wine definitely not up to the Van der Valk standard that we're accustomed to. All in all very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here unless you're on business

Everything is great with this hotel Good restaurant and bar - comfortable beds - smart tv - great shower etc - nothing to fault GREAT FOR THE PRICEExcellent parking (we were in a Luton box van doing a house removal back to the UK)

The location is perfect for my trip to reach AFAS dome for a concert, the room was big and clean and the restaurant and the bar were super good. The breakfast served in the restaurant is super for the price. The pool and the sauna help to relax so overall experience was great.

I booked a superior room via Booking and they told me at reception that there was not this room available so they downgrade me to luxe room 25M2 instead of 32 m2 and of course shorten the price , their explanation was tjey rent too many roomsand not the available ones

A comercial gesture or extra should have been propose, as you can see in my account I am a fan of Van der Valk hotels , we booked a lot but they didn’t reach our expectatives this time, no comercial extra to compensate, shame

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with fresh orange juice, which you may not find in many hotels. Breakfast long hours during the weekend is very convenient. Hotel is fresh, modern, free parking

lack of basic hospitality and customer care!

we arrived late, just before midnight, two receptionist were busy looking for a room....they assigned us a room furthest from the lobby. Once we got to the room we open the door and see its been used and dirty! having to walk all the way back, had to waste our time explaining the situation, the receptionist assigned us another room - took her time, then she went to check if its clean...basically wasting our time at the hotel. we asked to speak to a manager, only to find out there isn't one available because its weekend and she advised us to speak in the morning to another personeel that will address the problem and compensate us for this inconvenience. the receptionist in the morning couldnt do anything, he asked for my details and promised that a manager will email me. They did not (obviously) many days later I sent an email requesting a refund for this inconvenience...they said that we had already been compensated with a 1hr late check out which was ridiculous. i wasted now more time corresponding with them which made this even more aggravating. bottom line - bad and unprofessional hospitality skills. they need to learn what service is and how to deal with mistakes that they make instead of making the paying customer feel bad!

Overall very good, just the bed was a bit soft. Breakfast was great, and the people were very professional and kind. Free parking is a great offer.
