Really comfortable, spacious and modern apartment very close to the city centre! The kitchen was fully equipped, I really enjoyed the bed and the sofa, was able to leave my bike in the garage!

Great location, close to the central station and the city center, easy to move around on foot. Nice, spacious rooms with basic essentials you would need for a short stay, although it would have been nice to have a small travel-size toothpaste in the bathroom.

Check-in procedure didn't feel hospitable, like the staff didn't care that you were coming to stay at the hotel. There was a lot of dust under the bed, didn't seem like it gets cleaned under there.It was quite noisy, you can hear the neighbors too much, which isn't ideal when you have children next door or someone moves furniture around.Received a couple of emails prior to arrival offering to check in online, but there was no link to it, so it makes sense for the hotel to look into their pre-arrival emails.

The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the location is ideal for both the train station and the city center which is just a 15 minute walk.

Clean, modern and spacious apartment fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, friendly reception and quick check in, very close to city center (5min walk to shops/restaurants and 15 min to the cathedral).

Room was surprisingly cold without heating cranked up.

This was our second visit to this accommodation in Antwerp. Our views have not changed. The apartment is very comfortable and clean with everything you’d want for a few days. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

No instructions at all re the cooker and hob so it was quite difficult at firstNo instructions re air con which kept coming on despite us turning it off !Could have done with a lamp for the living room if sleeping on the sofa bed

Great location. Short walk from train station.Well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, and washing machine. Spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.

The location was great very central. Easy parking below the hotel. Spacious and calm interior. Comfy mattresses. Good amount of pillows.

There are a few things that could be much better! For the price in this city these things need fixing! You can’t charge this prices and have the isssues below !I didn’t like arriving day 1 to find a full dishwasher from before guests!!! That I had to spend time to dry and unload other people’s dishes at the start of my stay !!! Not cool start really bad feelStayed for a week and had no bin changes or towel changes. We requested extra towels but the bin situation was annoying so we started a rubbish pile in the corner by the door. This lack of attention was just silly. Very little kitchen utensils and bad quality what was there ! The sheets for the bed did not fit ( single sheet on double beds) so every night the Sheet would move and crease. Very annoying to wake up with sheets moved under you. Reception staff very unfriendly! I get that you see people in and out every second! But a simple hello have a nice day would go far each time you see a guest in and out. The shower is annoying without a curtain or bigger screen so you are constantly mopping up water form your shower.Air con would never turn off in our room. You can turn it off at the pad but it comes right back on after 40 secs!! Freezer section of fridge was iced full so was unusable as couldn’t get anything inside the box part. Overall this could be 5 star but the above needs urgent attention to details.

Bit unpersonal. Pedestrianzone like direct Entourage, Bit dead at night. Not that close to the cool parts of antverp.very nice Staffel, yet dont expect a warm reception desk. ITS an Appartment House

Central comfortable roomy and modern motel apartment - great location with parking. Washing Machine was handy.

Parking was expensive -normal city prices. Functional with no significant character.

Room was a reasonable size.

Room was extremely noisy due to poor quality windows. I could hear a kid running around somewhere in the building and screaming from before 7.30am until after 9pm so the experience of staying there was not at all restful or enjoyable. The floor in the room was slippery in socks or bare feet. Facilities were more like 2 stars than the advertised 4. I had to wait over five minutes to be let into the property when I arrived, even though it was only 8pm. Incessant emails from the property, none of them helpful. More staff who are visible rather than hiding somewhere and fewer emails, please.

Super clean, besides under the bed. Great location, very quiet apartment, all you need in the kitchen, very nice bathroom, comfy bed.

sofa bed is really horrible, substandard quality. a walk between buildings to get to our room , did not like it.

Great Location within a few minutes walk from CS, comfortably spacious room with dining, kitchen, sofa area with sensible furniture and comfy bed.Very quiet washing machine. The hotel provides also salt and pepper or small size olive oil or free washing tablets. Overall, all the things you wish for an apartment hotel were there.

I heard once or twice strange knocking and beeping at the door.

Great location and very comfortable apartment with all facilities available, we definitely will come back next time we travel to Antwerp.
