The staff were always very friendly and helpful, probably the highlight of my stayEverything was clean, including the common areas, my dorm and my bathroom

The bed was a bit uncomfortable: the mattress was hard and there was not enough space to sit down on the bottom bunk

The building's interior is pretty modern, it's not cold or lacking in personality. The staff are friendly. The location is great with public transport surrounding the area but you don't hear outside noise in the building. Shops and activities are at walking distance.

It's not a bad thing, it was my first time at a hostel or this type of hostel so I was not aware. To have access to the outside area, eating room, library, etc., you need your key card. So be mindful that after handing in your card for check-out (11 AM), you no longer have access to any facilities. The bathroom doesn't have an active ventilation system so after showers it gets very steamy in there.

2 friends travelling for a long weekend of Darts and beer and was perfect for what we needed. Good location near the main train station and short walk to the main square. Friendly staff who spoke good english and were very helpful

ASH in Antwerp is in a perfect city centre location. The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that there’s a kitchen where you can cook your own food. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They also have a small library area, and I appreciated that free towels were provided in the girls’ room. Overall a very nice stay and I would recommend it.

It's fully equipped with 4 share stoves for cooking as well as a separate gaming room and with definitely very friendly staff! And this all at a very reasonable price, definitely recommended!

The property was central and easy to locate. The room design with bathroom was clean, functional and comfortable. Staff upon arrival was very helpful. We parked underground very close by overnight, charging our car.

Good location in middle of town close to transport. Room was simple but good for a night sleep.

There was a fire alarm in the early morning. People evacuated but there was no staff on the property. After waiting half an hour everyone went back to their room, but it felt a bit uneasy.

There’s also a study room, and everyone seems to enjoy the environment. The kitchen is large and clean, so there’s no waiting to use it. The bedroom is nice and comfortable, with an attached bathroom, a small locker, and a closet. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Beds are terribly moving, and if one person moves then other person is awaken. Rooms are so small for 4 people, when we all in there are no enough chairs to sit or you have to climb direct to a bed on a second floor.

Location was 10/10.The room was clean.Easy to check in/out.

Grounded, knowing its value. Functional spaces for work and study, yet attached to the environment around. ASH and its frendly and professional staff gave a solid and safe experience.

Good position, not far from station and city center. Very good value for money

The day of our arrival, there was a problem with clean towels that haven’t been delivered by the supplier. We were not informed about it and we only find out when we asked. We were promised to have towels later in the evening, but it was not the case. I think they should have informed us at the check in and they could have wash some towels (at least a face towel per room) in their laundry room. Anyway the day after, the manager handle the situation very well, offering breakfast as a compensation for the inconvenience.The room are very very basic and too warm
